The bikes won't unlock. I noticed that the app is white now, when it used to be blue. I also had a message about sharing location and it hasn't worked since.

My girlfriend and I rented bicycles for a morning cruise on the boardwalk in Atlantic City. We rode around for 1 hour and put the bikes back at the Showboat lock station. I was unaware I had to log out of my session and was charged for 7.5 hours. $160..I did not realize until I drove home to central nj that the meter was still ticking. I have sent multiple emails to the support link on the app with no response. Please help. I cannot afford to pay $160 for a leisurely morning bike ride

How to fix Movatic app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Movatic app on iPhone
Update Movatic app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Movatic iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Movatic on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Movatic network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Movatic Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Movatic not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Movatic App
1. On android, goto Settings » Movatic » click [Force Stop]

Update Movatic to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Movatic App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Movatic » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Movatic.

Fix Movatic unable to contact server/ Movatic internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Movatic » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Movatic » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Movatic
