I have a problem with Cara Care

- Many of the foods are more European than American in regards to the commonality and name

- No barcode scan to help log ingredients

- Best/worst foods feature stopped working

- Significant chunk of tracked data was gone after uninstalling and reinstalling the app

- Support from the app is very slow to respond

I've been trying to cancel cara care app before the trial period is finished. Please give me the correct support to cancel.

To resolve Cara Care network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Force Stop the Cara Care App
1. On android, goto Settings » Cara Care » click [Force Stop]

Clear Cara Care App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Cara Care » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Cara Care.

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Cara Care » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Cara Care » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
