Have been able to use the app before, but today when opening the app, it says it can’t open because my device is jail broken—-but it is not jailbroken. I have read that the app developer may not have updated to the current iOS.

I live an hour away from the nearest CVS pharmacy and can't go to pick it up until late next week. I need this medication before then.
I have more then 1 account on the app(taking care of elderly family members, and when trying to switch between account keeps asking to send a code to the email address making it so hard to use, and time consuming ,WHY WHY .....i am too busy to ask for pin codes again and again
