Have been able to use the app before, but today when opening the app, it says it can’t open because my device is jail broken—-but it is not jailbroken. I have read that the app developer may not have updated to the current iOS.

Just added the CVS-Caremark App from the Apple App Store. Opening screen reads CVS Caremark and logo, but cannot advance further.

Prescription for KLOR-CON M10 TABLET TABLET,ER PARTICLES/CRYSTALS says "on hold". The nurse said I needed to start taking asap since my potassium has gotten dangerously low. This was 2 days ago and I can't contact CVS through any method. Phone number recording just says 'we are unable to take your call'. I wanted it filled by mail order but it says 'pick up'. I live an hour away from the nearest CVS pharmacy and can't go to pick it up until late next week. I need this medication before then.

I have more then 1 account on the app(taking care of elderly family members, and when trying to switch between account keeps asking to send a code to the email address making it so hard to use, and time consuming ,WHY WHY .....i am too busy to ask for pin codes again and again

I have not been able to get my log in to go through for the past week. It's not my computer as I'm not having problems with anyone else. I complete the login and then it just goes to a blank page. I have numerous refills coming up and this is very frustrating. Help!!

I'm using a Laptop Window 10, I initially did not have a problem with logging in. When logging into my account I select phone text verification but there's no continue button, so there's no way to proceed. How to fix the problem?

9/08/22. Neither my wife nor I can access our accounts. Login works, but get message that you can’t access the information at this time. Temporary? Is it me, or is it you?

App account information does not sync with account information on your website. My at-home COVID test reimbursement claim for this month shows completed on the website, but not on the app. That's true for an earlier claim as well.
