CareCredit Status

Everytime we try to pay through the app on my phone, it either denies our password, or when we go to reset the current password, it just shows it loading. I called CareCredit, I tried it on my iPad and it still doesn’t work. When I called them, they said it was my internet problem. Until about 8 months ago, it was working fine.

I log in to my accout, but there is a feedback on the side , my account comes up then disappears as soon as it comes up, i called they don't know what to do told to call back later because there has been no report of this problem

Carecredit won't allow me to verity my digital card on mobile app so I can't use it

Everytime I try to login it tells me it's a system error and to try again. I just wanted to see how my money situation is on my card .

How do you expect me to pay when your app can't be opened. AWEFUL

Same as everyone else. Once I open the app, it closes. Installed and reinstalled and it still won't work. Your website is no different. It appears this has been going on for over a month and you still failed to fix it.

Like the other uses the app constantly crashes when I try to open it, and I have uninstalled and reinstalled.

Care Credit app has been constantly crashing & not working for a few weeks now. Most of the time I cannot even open the app. It will attempt to open & then immediately crash, yet still be open in background. Cannot open it from background either, most of the time. If i repeatedly try to open app/ open from background, I can sometimes [rarely] get it to actually open.

The app continues to crash! I cannot login. I have deleted and reinstalled several times but still nothing. I need to see my account so that I can make my payment. What needs to be done to fix this problem immediately? Thanks

Whenever I try to open the app it closes

I have a payment that's due today, but every time I try to open the app it instantly closes and so i tried to go online to do it on the website but it won't load? How am I supposed to make my payment on time?
