I changed my phone and SIM card and now I the Kcb app is not working. I am out of the country and cannot visit a Kcb branch. Is there a way you can help me?

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent KCB app issues:

Force Stop the KCB App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click KCB app. » click "Force Stop".

Update KCB to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear KCB App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "KCB app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch KCB.

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click KCB » "Force Stop".
