The Home Depot AP will not display the "Virtual ID" for the military/veterans discount.

Search bar keeps refreshing on my iPhone

When I look up an item, the app continuously refreshes the screen. I can not select a particular item to view because it is refreshing immediately

App will let me search without forcing me to log in when I use it on my home network, but it will not let me access anything in the app when I am on the cellular network. A real nuisance when I am at your store and I ca not use the app without logging in. I don't want to keep logging in every time I use the app when in a store. I refuse to use your public network. I am now going to Lowes since their app does not require a login and carry equivalent products at similar prices. If you fix the app i may come back to home depot. App won’t search. “Error loading data. Please try again”. Try again won’t work. Deleted and reinstalled. Same problem.

Trying to add a receipt to my xpro account. Neither account not adding it using the keyboard is working. The app shows a waiting wheel for ever.

I managed to get rid of the "We're sorry, there was a temporary technical issue" problem on my Android by going to "Settings / Apps / Home Depot / Storage" and clearing both data and cache. (You will need to re-enter your account information.)

Android phone ---- installed app. when opening app am prompted to set store. I have tried to enter search by zip code and also tried use my location. In either event, the app closes and I'm returned to the home screen of my android phone. I can't therefore get to the bar code that is used for the military discount.

On my desk computer the will not work. It stopped working 3-4 weeks ago, I thought it correct itself but has not. I can't sign into my account, I try to shop & I can't, it stays on the same page. All my other app are fine so I don't think it's my computer. Hopefully someone can help. I need a receipt from a previous online order. Thank- You Teresa Bent 937-414-6722

Same issue using Home Depot app (on Android) as multiply reported here. Try to log in, get the "We're sorry, there was a temporary technical issue" message. For months. WTH, Home Depot?

Same issue as all the others! Get error when trying to log into mobile app. been like this several months. Is anyone going to fix the problem? I have no issue with Lowes site. Maybe I'll just start shopping there!

I cannot log in on the app. It's been months now. I continually get the "temporary technical issue" message after I've input my email address. I see lots of complaints here--is Home Depot going to actually do something to fix this?

I can log into Home Depot on my computer, but the iphone app says my password is incorrect. What is the deal? I must be able to log in to Home Depot with my iphone to receive Military Discount!

When u pull up an item. It just showes faded boxes where add to cart and prices should be.

Every time I try to log into app it says cannot duplicate emails. It did open with face recognition but now nothing works. Help please. Thank you Sam Jones

For weeks now the Home Depot site has been glitchy. Blurry pictures load for searches, keywords have to be very specific to find product site usually found in the past. It almost seems like somebody is rebuilding the website and has done a very poor job

Can't login over last 5 or 6 time tried to login. Has lasted for weeks now. Not sure what to do. People in store don't care. Have bonus points I'd like to use. Etcc.

Past purchase receipts are all messed up in the app where different receipt is shown for past purchase in store. App keep on crashing while traversing through purchase in-store history.

I can no longer see my past purchases ths was big help considering how clumsy I am with receipts a long as I scanned it I was ok no I can't find them

My app will not work at all keeps asking for an update I tried updating and still not working. I deleted clear cache and data like it says and still doesn't work.

Went to Home Depot with approved military I phone discount. First time it worked. Next 3 times would not work. Had to go to lowes. Please fix.

"We're sorry. There was a temporary technical issue. Please try again." I receive this message anytime I attempt to log in. I also received an error message anytime I try to checkout an item through the app. The process of finding it, adding it to cart, and viewing cart is just fine. It's only once I actually try to checkout.

Can no loner pull up any items when searched. Description comes up but when clicked it never shows.

I can't login. I get a red error message apologizing for technical issues and told to try later. I can't complete my purchase.

Home depot will not give me an access code so I can use my military discount. My application has been approved and now they say Home Depot has to fix the problem. THANK YOU..
