The Home Depot AP will not display the "Virtual ID" for the military/veterans discount.
Search bar keeps refreshing on my iPhone
When I look up an item, the app continuously refreshes the screen. I can not select a particular item to view because it is refreshing immediately
App will let me search without forcing me to log in when I use it on my home network, but it will not let me access anything in the app when I am on the cellular network. A real nuisance when I am at your store and I ca not use the app without logging in. I don't want to keep logging in every time I use the app when in a store. I refuse to use your public network. I am now going to Lowes since their app does not require a login and carry equivalent products at similar prices. If you fix the app i may come back to home depot. Trying to add a receipt to my xpro account. Neither account not adding it using the keyboard is working. The app shows a waiting wheel for ever.
I managed to get rid of the "We're sorry, there was a temporary technical issue" problem on my Android by going to "Settings / Apps / Home Depot / Storage" and clearing both data and cache. (You will need to re-enter your account information.)
Android phone ---- installed app. when opening app am prompted to set store. I have tried to enter search by zip code and also tried use my location. In either event, the app closes and I'm returned to the home screen of my android phone. I can't therefore get to the bar code that is used for the military discount.
On my desk computer the will not work. It stopped working 3-4 weeks ago, I thought it correct itself but has not. I can't sign into my account, I try to shop & I can't, it stays on the same page. When u pull up an item. It just showes faded boxes where add to cart and prices should be.

For weeks now the Home Depot site has been glitchy. Blurry pictures load for searches, keywords have to be very specific to find product site usually found in the past. It almost seems like somebody is rebuilding the website and has done a very poor job
Can't login over last 5 or 6 time tried to login. Has lasted for weeks now. Not sure what to do. People in store don't care. Have bonus points I'd like to use. Etcc.
Past purchase receipts are all messed up in the app where different receipt is shown for past purchase in store. App keep on crashing while traversing through purchase in-store history.

I also received an error message anytime I try to checkout an item through the app. The process of finding it, adding it to cart, and viewing cart is just fine. It's only once I actually try to checkout.
