How to fix SmartWe app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the SmartWe app on iPhone
Update SmartWe app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall SmartWe iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix SmartWe on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve SmartWe network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

SmartWe Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix SmartWe not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the SmartWe App
1. On android, goto Settings » SmartWe » click [Force Stop]

Update SmartWe to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear SmartWe App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » SmartWe » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart SmartWe.

Fix SmartWe unable to contact server/ SmartWe internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click SmartWe » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto SmartWe » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
