The process is not continuous. I finish a sequence screen freezes I have to reboot, and start over
Yesterday the game dropped all my birds power from 100s to 90s have uninstalled and reinstalled multiple times. Today the birds are down to the 80s.

Since the last update I can no longer play ME on my Android. It gives a connection error. I have cleared cache, cleared data, uninstalled, re-installed, Nothing!! The game freezes, won't load, or is very slow to load. Please fix. Tired of starting over.
I play A B 2 on my P.C. The game closed down for a couple of weeks, towards the end of May, whilst you worked on it and, subsequently it came back, seemingly improved. I couldeven play Arena for the first time in about 2 years. It has now ceased working again, The Rovio symbol comes up momentarily, then closes. Is it because you are working on it again or is there some other problem????????? The unreliability is so frustrating!!!!!
I am using this app on my iPad. Every time I open the app it closes before it can completely load. I’ve never had this problem before. I have turned off/on iPad several times but this has not fixed the problem. Any suggestions? Thank you. Jennifer
Around the end of the year (2022) I lost all progress I the game. I requested an explanation but got no response . Started to say ok I quit but started all over. Still having fun but just noticed I’m not getting my arena rewards! What’s the story. Also noticed I have a Piggy mail still showing up from 2021 which leads me to believe something is wonky on your end. The Arena rewards are tough to get. How about a little help.
I’ve put a lot of money into this game and I can’t even get into the game, I’m on an iPhone XR iOS version 16.4 and have sent numerous emails, no response except for automated! It seemed as if they got rid of problems for a while then all the old problems came back, almost like they fired and rehired programmer who has been screwing up birds not doing what they are supposed to do, game crashing, game freezing, slo-mo movement and let’s not forget progress lost, rewards lost and my clan probably thinks I abandoned them!!!!! If you don’t fix these issues I want all my money back that I’ve spent on trying to advance!!!

Per Rovio's recommendation, I uninstalled the game and reinstalled it because I had a problem with Daily Deals. Nothing has changed in this topic because every attempt ends up crushing the application. They keep selling junk advice instead of solving the problem they have after recent updates. Rovio has been going to the dogs for a long time
When I press on the hat section it doesn't let me to equip the hat or let me press out of the hat section or anything what do I do

For the last month or so AB2 has got slower then freezes, usually just as I'm about to get a reward. Also,couple of weeks ago it set me back to the start despite having gotten all birds, rewards etc. What the heck is going on? Getting so fed up with it especially as it's a good game to play. Thinking of getting rid of it totally.
The screen freezes up or if it works, it looks like slow motion. Not happy with Samsung Tab A 2017. AB 2 used to work fine, but not now.

Hello, today I tried playing AB2 on my PC but after I linked my Facebook account, all my progress was gone. I installed it on my phone too and my progress was gone too. It was very weird because it seems like only bits of it were gone. I still had a hatchling and I could still go to the Mighty Eagle shop. Can you please fix this?
