Suear Status

I connected the wifi of Suear at my phone, but the app showed disconnected. Updated app but still...

The suear ear cleaner will not connect it just keeps saying my password is wrong. I only brought it about a week ago, can you help.

My suear worked great for several months. Now, all i get is yellow/green fuzz. Tried cleaning and deleting and scanning the code to reinstall the app. No luck. Is there a fix? Tks Jack

My camera on my device has stopped working,I have cleaned it,given phone a reboot,but nothing

I’ve downloaded the app and tried to connect it to the wifi. Not only is the wifi name not suear but when I open the screen back up it says 504 and product model not supported. Tried on iPhone 11 Pro and iPhone 14 plus neither will work

It will not show image in app have s21 gal already gave full permission forgot and redid wifi and re installed app

The camera will not connect and I have charged the device, restarted the device, unistalled the app, reinstalled the app, forgot the device and reconnected. I've done all of what I need to in order to get it to work and it isn't. Please help.

Hi, After Starting my Suear and using it for moments the video became almost like a thermo reading image, with no natural colors and bright blues, greens, pink, reds, yellows and oranges. why did this happen and is it fixable?

unable to get Suear to connect to my Samsung Galaxy S22+ Ultra phone. Help please.

After about 30 seconds the image freezes with diagonal lines across it. I have to turn it off and start again. Is this a software problem?

It was working fine but all of a sudden it say no internet connection. I thought it needed charging but it still has no internet connection.

Using Samsung Galaxy S9. Device is connected but no image. Screen is black except when I go to "acne" it just turns my phone camera on. Nothing from the device.

Rebooted my iPhone, and I was able to successfully download the app. All is working well.

I cannot get the app to download from the App Store. No problems downloading any other app. About to return for a refund. It's been two days, and I still cannot download.

Suear is Fully charged, connects WiFi. but Screen is black. Using Samsung Android tablet S2.
