How to fix iScanner app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the iScanner app on iPhone
Update iScanner app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall iScanner iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix iScanner on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve iScanner network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

iScanner Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix iScanner not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the iScanner App
1. On android, goto Settings » iScanner » click [Force Stop]

Update iScanner to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear iScanner App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » iScanner » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart iScanner.

Fix iScanner unable to contact server/ iScanner internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click iScanner » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto iScanner » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch iScanner
