I’m on iPhone 14 Pro Max and every time I launch the BMW Connected app it crashes on the splash screen. I have tried restarting the phone and made sure I have all of the current versions of everything. Still no luck.

How to fix BMW Connected app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the BMW Connected app on iPhone
Update BMW Connected app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall BMW Connected iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix BMW Connected on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve BMW Connected network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

BMW Connected Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix BMW Connected not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the BMW Connected App
1. On android, goto Settings » BMW Connected » click [Force Stop]

Update BMW Connected to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear BMW Connected App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » BMW Connected » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart BMW Connected.

Fix BMW Connected unable to contact server/ BMW Connected internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click BMW Connected » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto BMW Connected » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch BMW Connected
