I’m on iPhone 14 Pro Max and every time I launch the BMW Connected app it crashes on the splash screen. I have tried restarting the phone and made sure I have all of the current versions of everything. Still no luck.

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent BMW Connected app issues:

Force Stop the BMW Connected App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click BMW Connected app. » click "Force Stop".

Update BMW Connected to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear BMW Connected App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "BMW Connected app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch BMW Connected.

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click BMW Connected » "Force Stop".
