Product scanner not working since January 1, 2024 when I initially downloaded the app - must enter item barcodes manually. Deleting app and reloading doesn't fix the issue. How to fix?

can not connect to uhc.com, constantly getting message "Sorry. It's not you, it's us. We're currently experiencing an internal server problem. Try refreshing the page or check back soon. Error UID: kCPqbkwQVWP2RS-arcade_user". Can not connect no matter what browser or app I use. Have cleared all cache and have tried In private and incognito modes, neither of which worked. For such an organization we should not have to deal with this crap. Get your act together or face the consequences..............

Product scanner doesn’t work. Must enter numbers manually. How do I fix?

Android app has stopped working on the OTC product scanner. The last 2 purchases made in December I had to enter the bar codes manually, and tried it today (new year, maybe it is fixed) and it still does not scan. It used to scan beautifully up until about Oct 2023. Please fix this!!!

The product scanner in the UHC app is not working. I can log in, go to UCard Hub and find the scanner, but then it won't read a bar code.

UHC app says browser unsupported, yet I have both chrome and Firefox. tried to uninstall and clear cashe nope won't let me sign in. App constantly broken.

Cannot access UHC Rewards with computer to update steps. This happens frequently and lasts for days.. Why does this website have so many problems? Your customers deserve better.

Have tried repeatedly to place order for OTC products. Every time I get to checkout/place order, "Unknown Error" shows at top of page and I the site will not allow me to place order. It's bad enough that many products are out of stock, product descriptions are non-existent in most instances, and the quality of many generic items is poor, but when one can't even place an order, it's time for UHC to fix this mess.

I have logged into my account. My address is correct. After I have selected my items to place my order, when I check out, it will not allow me to and at the top states "unknown error". Please provide assistance.
