Product scanner doesn’t work. Must enter numbers manually. How do I fix?
Android app has stopped working on the OTC product scanner. The last 2 purchases made in December I had to enter the bar codes manually, and tried it today (new year, maybe it is fixed) and it still does not scan. It used to scan beautifully up until about Oct 2023. Please fix this!!!

It's bad enough that many products are out of stock, product descriptions are non-existent in most instances, and the quality of many generic items is poor, but when one can't even place an order, it's time for UHC to fix this mess.
I have logged into my account. My address is correct. After I have selected my items to place my order, when I check out, it will not allow me to and at the top states "unknown error". Please provide assistance.
For the last 13 months, have the same problem trying to log into member.uhc.com (or the other various URLs, all of which re-direct to myhealthsafe-id.com: In short, I do all the usual re-set pwd, etc. and it ends up giving error message that system can't find my user name. I use the site infrequently, but since Dec of 2021 I've spent hours with web tech support (not 1st level customer support). And what happens is it won't work until it does. Today I had to get off my PC (Win11) and use my Chromebook to reset the password -- voila it worked. Logged out and tried on my PC (Chrome) and same old error messages. I even wrote a long letter to Executive VP of UHC IT dept and because I manage the account for my wife they sent me 4 pages of POA forms to fill out just to discuss it with me -- I had only written them to tell them of these on-going problems with the websites -- as I run commercial websites professionally, I was giving them a courtesy fyi that their web site is 'f*d up. SO...in reading comments here today for first time, it seems that the site just goes out and comes back. It's a crap shoot.

For the past several days, my steps will not sync to the iphone app. The apple watch shows my steps. I open the and it begins to sync, when the sync finishes, nothing updates. The same issue is happening with my wife's iphone and apple watch. Her watch and iphone is a newer version than mine, so it isn't outdated equipment. 1. I have powered both devices off and on.... 2. I have reinstalled the app 3. I have re-paired my apple watch. 4. I have reset my apple watch. I am not sure what else to do.

For about the last two weeks, my Motion App hasn't been syncing. No matter what I do -- reset my phone, reload the app, it says that there's no new activity. I walk at least 12,000 steps a day. I do have an older fitbit that doesn't sync with it so I just use the phone as the app and walk with the phone. It has worked fine until recently. What is up? How do I get it back?
The security HealthSafe ID uses a phone number to send an automated phone message before you can sign in. However the phone number shown is an old number from our former house. The current phone numbers are available according to a customer service person. But said IT would have to up date the security app. Now what do I do to get logged in?

I am not able to login to sync my steps on my android phone. I get a canned message “We’re Sorry. Something went wrong. Please try again later”. The problem started yesterday 7/10/22. I tried cleaning cache, shutting the phone (Samsung Galaxy 10Ae). I even deleted the UHC App. Then installed it again. Nothing worked, today I was able to login but then it said to allow to sync with the Google Fit App., which I did. I was able to continued but it never uploaded the steps completed yesterday (7/10/22). I completed the steps for today but once again I got the error again when I try to login. Please advice how to rectify this error or glitch. Thank you,

Have retried several times. usually only need to retry once. Have Samsung S10, android v12. On 7/6 did have Security Patch #39 update applied. Internet connection is fine; no problem with other apps. Have emptied UHC app cache; checked phone storage and optimized; all fine there. The app is the only way to sync my steps; cannot do it online that I can see; am able to login to UHC on my pc. I have a normal AT&T size phone, but your app has no screen .... I have a sliver of screen at the botto km of my phone. Unusable.
About four days ago my app on my phone stopped updating. My phone will sometimes update, but my watch does not. I have restarted both my watch and my iphone. Not sure why my watch isn't updating and my phone takes HOURS before it updates. So I never know where I am until maybe the next day when finally my phone shows my stats - but my watch never does. This just started earlier this week.
