My reg ND70 KTN my bmw app has said this since I bought the car from stratstone Tyneside silverlink Vehicle issues check soon tyre service rear tyres tyre wear next service due in 311mi theses are new tyres Stratstone will not help waste of time asking. Don’t no if you can help

I can't log in. Every time I try, I get the following error: "We are sorry but a technical error has occurred. Please try again later (3020)". My phone is a Samsung S21 with Android 13.

The App seems to work until I attempt to purchase a new subscription. Instead of going to the UK store the App goes to the German .DE store and the language on that store is German. How can I get it to go to the UK site?

my bmw app no more working and no loggin possible since 9.01.23 after upate. fault 3020 indicated, even after deinstall and reinstall and cleared cache and data on 2 different mobiles

App doesn't seem to updat6e with vehicle data - seems to be some issue with it "talking" to vehicle. This means that i can't start the heaters in car...a key feature especially given current sub zero temperatures!!

my bmw app ,has a large difference between mileage shown on app and mileage show on dashboard of vehicle175 miles on vehicle and 125 on app, this is the most that has been , but normally about 25 miles difference,is this normal, obliged mmellan

Car doesnt update, 3D cameras have never worked. Doors dont lock, Ive reset the car several times and it updated location for a day or two but then stays in one location with fuel not updating. Ive phoned help desk 3 times but no change.

Australia The app registers the car on start up. Nothing else, location, fuel level. Happens regularly, after a couple of weeks works fine. All the fixes don't work.

I’m having problems with the App on an Android smartphone. I have the App but when I try to log in, that results in a blank white screen. I have been able to log in via an IPad & a MacBook, so the problem appears to be solely with the Android App. I have tried uninstalling, restarting my phone, then reinstalling, but the result is the same. Any other suggestions?

My BMW app in car is stuck looking for destinations sent to car ….how can this be cleared. Also app on phone showing details from start of week when car getting serviced and not current values or location….how can I sort

My app is not updating fuel level etc stuck on reading from weeks ago

When originally installed I could see mileage and tyre pressure but they hardly ever updated have never seen the status ‘all good’ For the last 5 or 6 updates the mileage and tyre pressure have not been visible at all or space where they should be

1. App gives incorrect information about vehicle status. 2. Cannot successfully send destination to car from My BMW app.

Hy guys. Have left the car on the driveway and went for a walk, after I realised that car is open I’ve locked the car from the app and when came back wanted to open . App not sending comand to car and not updating status . Called call centre they advised to call again in the morning the technical team

2022 X3 m40i - App will not update fuel level and mileage. I deleted and reinstalled the app and tried it with the vehicle running. Nothing. I also would like to know when the Apple Watch app will return.

My BMW app not working for 4 days !! Doesn’t have right location - seems stuck into a location I was parked at 4 days ago. Doesn’t give charge / vehicle status / acknowledge commands Very frustrating after spending more than €100k!!!

same issue with me, says windows are open when not. Its not updating mileage, or recording electric charging etc. total rubbish

App was not updating my location and charging status. Logged out then in again. Required me to add new pin but will not recognise my car. Connectivity problem message comes up even when I am in the car

Updated to the latest my BMW app today and it’s not worked since I updated!

My BMW app is constantly failing. It shows incorrect information saying the driver's door is open when it is closed. It will not update the position of the vehicle and will not indicate when charging is taking place. In other words, a useless dud.

Since coming back in my BMW 520d from Germany about 2 weeks ago the app has failed to log in with the same 3020 error for technical error. Not impressed with the call centre BMW use as the staff seem to go around in circles with the same so called fixes that do not work. Really. I received a reply to such an email headed by BMW Premium Call Centre. Eh nope. Great car but but the rest is lacking. Might go back to MB if it keeps going like this.

Just back from Germany with my BMW 520 and the app was fine. Now for 2 days it has not connected with an error code coming up .
