Where are my tickets?

Angel studio app video freezes. I tried resetting network settings and reinstalled app but still have same issues. Please tell me what I need to do.

Hi I am having trouble viewing season three. I have reinstalled app and restarted my iPhone but still having trouble with video freezing. Is someone in the tech team working on fixing the issue. Please respond, Jeff

Constant buffering

The Angel Studios app is not working. Last night it worked fine. Today the opening screen is frozen. I uninstalled the app but that didn't help. Last week I couldn't connect to my tv. Now this. What is wrong?

On the roku stick, it will load to the Discover page, but other than the logo and the word discover not else appears and there are no options others than to exit the app.

Our app plays season 3 episode 6 I think (I am he) every time we turn it on. We are unable to select season 3 episode 8 even though we can briefly see the box before the other video plays

The Chosen app worked like a dream, but this season it won't cast. So I got the Angel Studio app, which is SO SLOW to respond. If I pause it, it eventually shuts off and you have to re cast it, click CC again and then it doesn't take you back to where you were. I have to hit my choices so many time... Show more s before it responds. Then I have to manually find where i left off... THANK YOU!

Chrome Casting from phone to tv which I’ve done the first 2 seasons but now the episode starts, plays for maybe a minute, then screen goes black and nothing.

On my Fire 10 table, the Angel Studios App keeps showing, "Unable to Connect to Angel Studios." I confirmed connection through web browsers and viewing current information. The Try Again button is useless. After a few seconds, the same Unable to Connect message is displayed. While waiting for seas... Show more on 3, I was able to view other Chosen behind the scenes videos and roundtable discussions. The Unable to Connect has been an issue for at least a week. PS - Please bring back the RoundTable discussions between Dallas, the Catholic Priest, and the Rabbi.

App keeps closing as I try to open.

The Angel Studios App on FireTV continuously report "Unable to Connect to Angel Studios" Yes, I am connected to the Internet. All other apps work just fine. Try Again results in the same message over and over.

The picture freezes up. The sound keeps going but the picture stays frozen.

When watching the Chosen the screen freezes and the music plays. I have deleted and reinstalled app several times no help. I have no other problems with other apps on my Roku. Please help!!!!!!!!!!!

Angel Studios not working on Roku. Every time I click on channel it starts to load and then exits and goes back to Roku home screen.

The Chosen Works on IPhone app but not Roku app. Can view other programs on Roku app …. The Chosen closes when selecting.

I am still able to watch The Chosen on my iPhone app. However when I try to view it on my Roku TV for the past week, it just closes immediately. Usually we access The Chosen from Apple TV through the Angel Studios app. Tonight it asked us to put in our username and password, which we tried to do. It would not accept them. We even tried with a different email address and it wouldn’t allow that one either. Help, please.

I have the Chosen app on my roku, and it is not working, it keeps exiting out, and I cannot watch it. It will not cast from my android phone app to my tv either. It says it is playing on my tv, but it is not.

I have the angel studios on my roku TV and every time I click on the chosen it exists the app. My mom is also having issues with the app on her android phone.. I really hope its working in December when the 3rd session comes out.

I have the Angel Studios app on my Roku but when I try tonwarch it, I am only given the Exit Angel.Studios option and I can not change to Confirm or Cancel. The screen appears frozen. HELP!!

I can only view The Chosen on Firestick. It doesn't offer the other shoes that are available. I checked my Roku TV and I can see the other program options. How can I view all programs on Firestick?
