Ola partner apps not open ,show on display something went wrong,try again later

When ever I often open the ola partner app it goes horizontal I'm facing this problem from past 6days n customer service was not able to help me with this problem

I’m trying to claim for incorrectly charged cancelled fees. The app won’t allow this
