When I am near the camera system my phone can access it through Super Live Plus, but when I am away from home I now get error message "device offline." Without doing anything when I am near the system it automatically connects and working again. This has never happened before and I was able to view the cameras from hundreds of miles away. Now I cannot see anything once I leave the property.

When I launch the app, it keeps asking me to tick and AGREE to the privacy statement to continue. However, even after I do this, it keeps bringing me back to the same page .....requesting me to AGREE all over again !!!

Hello, I’m able to log into the super live app but when I try to play back a video, it says that the device is busy I did a restart of the NVR and it worked for 30 seconds and then gave the same message. Please help thank you.

For about 3 years I was able to view my cameras via my android phone just fine, now I cant I am unable to connect, cameras are working because I see them in a monitor and tv screen at my office but I am unable to see remotely since probably late November I have rebooted I am not sure what to do anymore.

I used to be able to see all the feeds from my cameras live but lately all the images are blank. I've tried everything including reinstalling the app. When I connect the Eclipse DVR to a monitor, I can view all the cameras. Just not able to access on my phone. Any suggestions?

Since the update qhen i try to record playback the app crashea! Not at all helpful if you have been asked by the police to keep a sectiom of CCTV imaging in case of further action! Used to be easy to record what we needed ie short sections , but finding this very frustrating now!

Playback record does not work since update. Backwards step for the app in my opinion. The record feature was so easy to use no idea why they’ve changed it to where you have to select the area you want to download. Wouldn’t be so bad if it worked but stuck on 0% and as soon as you click off the download screen it fails. CRAP.
