Cannot confirm delivery and order method

The IHOP app will not let me access "rewards" in order to load them into my wallet to redeem for pancakes. I am bereft!

I cant order anything, all that pops up is error validating cart

App on my phone crashes all the time, I am not able to use my rewards or exchange them, this also happens when place online orders. there is no support at all.

Rewards not working, had 5 different meals at $20-$25 and no rewards ever added and of course no way to contact

I tried to enter my bar code from 2 separate meals one today and the other yesterday. Both times the response is to try again later

My ap displays a “1” as if there is a message for me. How do I make this go away?

When I open the app and try to use app it closes. Tried reinstalling and restarting I-phone. Still don’t work

Can't add pancake coins

Wheel spinning and account section will not load. Took some of my coins that I did not use. Food pictures disappeared and blank boxes appear in their place. I have been cheated out of coins.

It tells me that delivery is available based on my address. But then it keeps switching to pickup and saying that my address is outside of the delivery zone which I know isn't true because I can order from the 3rd party website that provides the delivery service for IHOP with no issues

Logged out of app and when I tried to log back in I get the message password or email incorrect. I already put in an order and can't log back in

App won't let me order.

I'm not able to place an order because the app says my store is closed, even though it is not

Every time I try to play the tiles hop game it has me wait a few seconds in the beginning as normal but then a few seconds later it kicks me out of the whole app.

Every time I use the app to scan my check and pay, I have to renter my payment method. I have several cards in Apple Wallet but it won’t recognize them. I reenter the card into manually and it works. It’s not my card or connection.

I NEVER SIGN OUT OF THE APP. ON SATURDAY, DECEMBER 17 I WENT TO MY IHOP APP AND SAW THAT I HAD TO SIGN IN. SO WHEN I DID IT DID NOT RECONIZE MY EMAIL OR PASSWORD. SO I HIT RESET PASSWORD AND IT WAS SUPPOSE TO SEND AN EMAIL TO RESET PASSWORD. I DID THIS 7 TIMES AND I NEVER GOT AN EMAIL. I HAD PAN COINS I WANTED TO ADD TO MY ACCOUNT FROM DECEMBER 13 AND TRIED EVERYTHING I KNEW. THE BIG ISSUE IS THAT I NEVER SIGNED OUT OF THE APP. I COULD ALWAYS GO TO THE APP WHENEVER I WANTED AND SAW MY ACCOUNT. I NEED HELP TO RECTIFY THE ISSUE. WHO DO I CONTACT AND WHEN.

I can’t add my pan coins will not take me back to order from phone this happens a lot

Someone needs to fix the problem. I can't add my reward coins to my account for the last two days I had breakfast. It says "Sorry error, try again later".

Rewards program states (in IHOP app) that connection to server has failed since Saturday morning. Someone in IS needs to fix the server so I can add rewards and use rewards.

Updated the app and tried to sign in, got the message ’user name or password is not valid. Try again’ so I decided to reset the password, even though I’m using the correct one, put my email and never got an email back to do the password reset.

Logged into the app today to add to my rewards and all my previous rewards are gone. Won’t accept the new barcode. Logged out to see if that fixed the problem. Now can’t log back in. Says email is incorrect!! What?????

Can't log in when I do it won't take the coin why eat there if you can't use your rewards or even put them in. Tried to send message put all info in then it locked up.Why eat there a lots of places give you rewards and you can actually use them and get them on your card.

I joined Ihop on the internet....I can't log into my account...I have tried many times.... I would like to cancel...
