I only want this company to know that their app is no good. It goes in and out whenever it pleases. There needs to be an upgrade where you all fix the bugs. I can not playback the recordings to my camera. When we go to playback to see what happened, it does not allow us. Please fix this because the purpose of the cameras and this app is to see what's going on at the house when we are away.

I have had super Live Plus for a long time working with no problems, but last week when I turned it on there was a colour advert of three pages which I could not get rid of, I eventually got rid of it but could no longer access my camera's on my phone. I brought in the engineer who installed it and he said the wifi on my phone and the 4G was not working with the app. I took my phone to an iphone shop and they looked at it and said I have been locked out of the app by admin. Now the only devices that are working are on my wife's ipad her iphone and our main screen. Can you help please

I had my system installed less then a year.Nothing but trouble. I wanted to get notified when someone was in my yard. I would get so many even if a bug flew in the view of the camera my phone was going crazy.So I turned my notifications off but would go back to review the footage.Now I’m not getting any no videos no notifications NOTHING this system is a joke. I tried reaching out to the guys that it.ALL I GET IS THE RUN AROUND. I hope that this message gets read and someone gets back to me like ASSP at this point I would not recommend this system to nobody.

I seem to have set it up correctly but none of the information like basic, server list file etc has appeared. Also it says unknown server type. Does not work consistantly

The camera quality is very good but I am having tons of trouble with the app. For a couple months now I cannot view my cameras when I am away from home. Nothing will come up. It says there was a error. When I am home, the cameras come up to view. Also, they are not aa user friendly as I would prefer. I had Vivint before and I regret changing . With Vivint, I could easily slide my finger along and watch everything in fast forward to go to a time I wanted to look at as well as easily scroll through the video just to brouse. With this app, trying to scroll through is nearly impossible as it skips too quickly. The only way to do it would be watching it in fast forward or fast backwards and that takes too long. There should be a better way for us to scan through the days video. For example I have dogs and they have access out a doggie door. I like to check on them and see what they are doing and if they are ok. This app makes it too difficult to scan through the video while I am at work, if the app is working while I am at work.

Some functions not user friendly

Overall, I like the app. However I have had some struggles with using some of the functions. Somehow, I lost the cameras on my iPad. I was trying all different things to bring them back up and hit some button and now all I get on the screens is a coffee cup icon. No matter where I have looked or what I have tried, I have been unable to restore the cameras to my iPad. This has been very frustrating. I am waiting to hear back from the individual who installed the cameras to see if he can help. I am also not happy that the only way to view the cameras from my computer is to bring up Internet explorer and type in the IP address. I should be able to use a more current browser such as Microsoft edge or Google Chrome. And I should be able to access my account via a URL. Lastly, I forgot my password and cannot figure out how to reset it. I have been unable to find a reset my password function. I am down to one more attempt and if so unsuccessful I will be locked out and then I will have no way to access my system.

Login issues, and always getting a error message

So the daycare where my daughters attend offered me to use this app to watch them daily and I thought it was a great idea to have 24/7 access to live feeds at my daughters daycare. It was a total hit (so I thought). I login to this app for the first time and when I did it kept telling me that the IP address was wrong, when it wasn’t. I tried it and my husband tried it and we both kept getting the error. So then we deleted the app and reloaded it to our phone, tried the set up again and it worked. Although the screens are relatively small and you can’t actually see the faces on the live feed, we thought it could still be useful. After a week using it, the live feed kept saying that there was an error and we couldn’t watch the live feeds any longer. We reached out to the daycare and they told us that we had to erase the info on the account, delete the account, then start a new account again. We are so disappointed and just frustrated by this app.
