Compliment & concern

The camera’s give a great view year around and I utilize them frequently. I think I need to move at least one of the cameras to enable a broader view as it has blind area between two cameras, and that’s not a concern just a positioning adjustment.
My concern is more to do with review speed. There being no notification when motion occurs, and that’s a good thing as it would constantly alert every moving branch, but to view a camera (it doesn’t matter which one) takes a lot time for the view to respond. At first I thought it was a distance related problem but the system doesn’t seem to care if I’m home or across the country. Sometimes it’s timely but most times, not so much.

Does not work consistantly

The camera quality is very good but I am having tons of trouble with SuperLivePlus . For a couple months now I cannot view my cameras when I am away from home. Nothing will come up. It says there was a error. When I am home, the cameras come up to view. Also, they are not aa user friendly as I would prefer. I had Vivint before and I regret changing . With Vivint, I could easily slide my finger along and watch everything in fast forward to go to a time I wanted to look at as well as easily scroll through the video just to brouse. With SuperLivePlus, trying to scroll through is nearly impossible as it skips too quickly. The only way to do it would be watching it in fast forward or fast backwards and that takes too long. There should be a better way for us to scan through the days video. For example I have dogs and they have access out a doggie door. I like to check on them and see what they are doing and if they are ok. SuperLivePlus makes it too difficult to scan through the video while I am at work, if SuperLivePlus is working while I am at work.

Some functions not user friendly

Overall, I like SuperLivePlus . However I have had some struggles with using some of the functions. Somehow, I lost the cameras on my iPad. I was trying all different things to bring them back up and hit some button and now all I get on the screens is a coffee cup icon. No matter where I have looked or what I have tried, I have been unable to restore the cameras to my iPad. This has been very frustrating. I am waiting to hear back from the individual who installed the cameras to see if he can help. I am also not happy that the only way to view the cameras from my computer is to bring up Internet explorer and type in the IP address. I should be able to use a more current browser such as Microsoft edge or Google Chrome. And I should be able to access my account via a URL. Lastly, I forgot my password and cannot figure out how to reset it. I have been unable to find a reset my password function. I am down to one more attempt and if so unsuccessful I will be locked out and then I will have no way to access my system.

Amazing!

This system is great. I am an actual customer. I am not getting compensated in any way. At last I can finally keep my eyes on what’s going on around our ranch. It does everything and more. The audio is why we picked this one. Oh, and the fact that there are NO MONTHLY CHARGES! I have it all on our Network Video Recorder. The only thing we had to supply is a monitor. They even included a mouse. And last but certainly not least is the price. Our friends don’t believe it. And I was very very skeptical. But it’s true. The set-up was relatively painless. It is intuitive for the most part. And you get all the goodies that come with it. Wait. I forgot Customer Support. It’s fantastic. Very fast response time and doesn’t make me feel like a dummy. As you can see, I am in love with my Security System. I am a real person, a MAC user living in California, USA. Thank you, ONWOTE.

Login issues, and always getting a error message

So the daycare where my daughters attend offered me to use SuperLivePlus to watch them daily and I thought it was a great idea to have 24/7 access to live feeds at my daughters daycare. It was a total hit (so I thought). I login to SuperLivePlus for the first time and when I did it kept telling me that the IP address was wrong, when it wasn’t. I tried it and my husband tried it and we both kept getting the error. So then we deleted SuperLivePlus and reloaded it to our phone, tried the set up again and it worked. Although the screens are relatively small and you can’t actually see the faces on the live feed, we thought it could still be useful. After a week using it, the live feed kept saying that there was an error and we couldn’t watch the live feeds any longer. We reached out to the daycare and they told us that we had to erase the info on the account, delete the account, then start a new account again. We are so disappointed and just frustrated by SuperLivePlus.

Does not work - cannot obtain connection most of the time.

App would be great, but the flaw is that one cannot get a connection (time out and no connection errors) most of the time and even if it works, it will take several minutes to establish a connection. Even, once a connection is established, just selecting the next camera will take endless time for getting a picture. This happens on a high speed WI-FI and very fast cellular connection and the NVR is connected to a gigabit internet service. It used to be much faster with almost instant connection and camera view, but over the past 12 months it is steadily getting worse. If your camera system comes with SuperLivePlus, look elsewhere, as it defeats the purpose. I am not even talking about issues with playback, etc. It came with an expensive security system install about 2 years ago and now the system is rendered useless by SuperLivePlus.

Completely professional company

From estimates through the installation process, Total Security has been extremely helpful. I am embarrassed to say I can be intimidated by technology. The professionals at Total Security took the time to explain everything about a camera system. During installation the team was very professional and helpful with all questions. We have a very busy household with many curious young children. The installation team remained positive, cheerful and worked in a very quick and safe manner. From start to finish I am very please with Total Security. I would highly recommend this organization to anyone considering cameras.

Great app

This is a great app I have been using this for past one year it has few glitches but the admin is always on top of it.
The only problem I feel is the remote video quality. It starts with almost HD but in about 2 to 3 seconds the quality drops. May be I don’t have it set correctly but I have tried every setting. Over all great product keep up the good work and Thank you.
UPDATE: October 8th update. The sound has almost disappeared can hardly hear remote sound live. Volume button on the phone don’t work either this new update needs to be fixed please.

Does the job it’s designed to do

I am assuming that picture quality is largely impacted by the type of cameras being used, so complimenting or complaining about picture quality may be a facet of what cameras are being used...

For me, the images are good. Hair trigger on the slider, however, makes searching for specific events a little rough. The clock somehow either always lags or is always ahead. I can see the playback in real time, but the time stamps are either fast or slow... this may be a factor of multiple users, idk. Things largely do what they are supposed to do and the multiple camera features is nice. iPad viewing is best, since its not only bigger, but multiple cameras can also be on the screen as well.

Good internet speed is a must, because there is a lag when viewing with cell data, largely due to high quality images and the amount of data it pulls to maintain the quality. Again, that might be a result of the cameras.

Regardless of this and that, solid 4 stars and does what I need it to do!

New Version 1.8.0 Crashes

Previous version 1.7.7 App was working fine on my iOS 14 iPhone. Installed the update a few days ago and now when I get a notification on my phone and tap it, SuperLivePlus crashes, returns to my Home Screen. Then when I restart SuperLivePlus a pop-up pane says “Oops ~ your app is crashing” See Details, then after clicking on the privacy statement that also pops up, it generates and uploads a bug report. However, SuperLivePlus works fine if I open it directly from the Home Screen icon - displays all of my live camera feeds - app stays up just fine then. It only crashes when tapping on the the notification panes. Version 1.7.7 worked flawlessly. Otherwise SuperLivePlus versions prior to 1.8.0 have been stable and reliable. Wish there was a way to retrograde to previous version.

Great APP

Love the site. Accessible from anywhere your mobile phone can connect. To make a great APP even better, I would suggest two updates: 1. Label the function of each icon. The icons are not intuitive to me. 2. Provide the option to customize the number of cameras monitored on the same page. I currently have 6 residential cameras which do a good job and covers all the area I need to view. Unfortunately, the closest option available is to view just 4 cameras, or to view 6 cameras along with 2 blanks. Which greatly diminishes the viewing size of the active cameras. Thank you for an outstanding APP!

SuperLive Plus

Using our barn cameras with SuperLive Plus it is not working well this year their is a glitch in the system. Every time I want to watch I have to switch it over to high definition otherwise it is so fuzzy that I can’t see well enough and then the system glitches and automatically switches back over to low definition it states on the bottom of the screen it can’t run smoothly with it in high definition it has become very frustrating because I can’t see anything while the system is in low definition so I am constantly tapping the Eye icon to switch it back while trying to see something important. I hope it gets fixed and we can watch on high definition so I can see the important details while I am away from the barn😔

Bad service/company

I been with this company for awhile now an still having problems. Doorbell chimes not connected I have called them out about 6x’s or more to connect them at all my homes. When the tech gets there they tell me that they don’t do that an leave. I have five accounts for all my Group homes an I told them a specific date to take out they take out when they want too. Cameras goes out all the time. Can’t ever reach anyone you have to stay on hold 2 hours or longer to speak with someone. They answer most of the time an hang up. Then you call back on hold again for hours. It’s sad I want to cancel my accounts an they said $200 for early termination for each accounts. My mother camera an doorbell ring is sitting on her table an cameras still in the box. The guy just put up the base for the ring an left.

Night and Day

My original contract with Titanium ; I cancelled due to a no call, no show appt . Well they approached me a year later and we made a deal with a handshake and a new alarm system for a very reasonable price . Mind you , I was on a very , very tight budget ....titanium has responded within less than a minute to every incident per the alarm . And the crisp pics on the cameras ; is to die for !!!. They helped me during a needy period in my life . Thank You employees of Titanium ... you have been nothing but kind ,courteous and concerned for my well being and keeping me protected . From my first horrible experience compared to the present .,. Is like night and day !! Awesome job !

Life saver!

I used SuperLivePlus for approximately 5 years on my iPhone non stop. It really helped my dad and I at our family restaurant. I could check if customers where arriving, if a food shipment was coming in the back, or to check the restaurant when our security alarm went off late at night. It was truly a life saver for my well-being. Now that we sold the business we no longer need SuperLivePlus but to the people who created SuperLivePlus, from the bottom of my heart, Thank you! Thank you! Thank you! For creating an easy to use free app to use with our cameras!

Timeline review

The timeline is cumbersome to use, especially on a smart phone. It would be great to type in a specific time to begin reviewing events at a specific time. Scrolling forward & back through the timeline would really be beneficial if I could see the images as I’m scrolling through, rather than a black screen. I’ve been waiting for a month for a replacement doorbell camera, this is absolutely unacceptable, not even so much as a courtesy update or status report on the replacement camera. Overall: the cameras are good with clarity that’s why I upgraded this review to two stars but the customer service is terrible, I would never recommend this camera system to anyone I like. Very disappointing to say the least! Dan

My Cameras

I do approve of the camera product and delivery of film..What I am unable to understand is the distribution of with security… I decide not to continue with the service, after I pay for cameras and installation. My cameras are held hostage.. No nothing is Right about this…. I am still unable to view my cameras.. I bought and paid to have them installed…I bought my cameras from Ricky Jackson sales and service. I paid for and paid to have them installed.. I will not sign a lease now I am unable to view my cameras.. installed by his trainee Batt Security, Mr Benito..

Problem with remote viewing

I have had no problem with remote access until recently. I would appreciate any assistance in this matter. Currently my IPhone 6 has updated to IOS 12.1.2 Thank you

I found that updating IP address is what has made all the difference.

When in a remote mode the movements of what I’m viewing start to buffer and stagger. In the at home mode sometimes this occurs but off and on. Otherwise the movement is natural.

SuperLivePlus has made great progress at and away from home. Picture clarity is not as difficult as before.
Away pictures seem to a slower pace, but I guess it will be upgraded.

I have no discrepancies with the operating of SuperLivePlus. I am satisfied that more upgrade processes have been incorporated.

Picture clarity and response to switching from one camera to another has been satisfactorily upgraded. Away pictures have seemed to be progressing with wait time on different cameras.

IOS updates

App is really good. But it is not keeping up with IOS updates. There was an IOS update about month ago. My cameras did not work correctly. After a couple of weeks my cameras started working correctly. I guess SuperLivePlus updated to keep up. IOS just updated to 15.4.1 and now my cameras do not work properly again. Can you please update SuperLivePlus so my cameras will work properly

It is doing te same thing again. No new update but both my camera systems are viewing the same image. Please try to fix this problem. Thank you

How to change password!

Good app but is there a way to change the password on here I tried changing the password because my uncle is the one that help me set up my cameras with SuperLivePlus that way he wouldn’t have it on his phone but for some reason now it doesn’t even let me access my cameras and when I put in my old password it doesn’t let me by using the old password is there a way somebody can help me out to see how I can reset my password or is there a way I can get an email so they can send me like a confirmation number so I can reset it

Improve user manual and documentarion

The user manual does not have enough explanation for non-technical people to understand how to make all of the functions work. I’m using an iPhone and an iPad. currently it’s very frustrating to use super live plus.

For example I cannot find in the documentation how to turn up the volume on the audio for the different cameras. All I can hear is ambient air whether the camera is outside or inside. There are just instructions for opening or closing the audio.

there is no glossary to give definitions for your technical instructions. for example in live view in talking about different channels one of the numbered steps number two says “if the channel quantity is more than the current screen display mode and the current screen display mode is more than nine the channel of the device will be previewed in the current screen display mode.”

this explanation assumes the user understands why you’re talking about channel quantity what channel quantity is. it also does not define the meaning of initial state what sensor alarm is what manual recording is how did the schedule recording is different from regular recording and what other state means.

also what is PTZ mode? what is split snap? what are the differences in settings for local mode versus remote?

I am sure I could get much more out of your product if the user manual included definitions and more step by step instructions.

Overall the app is pretty good. Playback needs some work though.

Overall SuperLivePlus is pretty good. Clear, loads fast,easy to navigate. The remote playback feature is this apps biggest downfall though. The playback is very slow even on fast forward. More speeds would be great. We use this for our barn cameras and it would be great to quickly view footage to see how stuff is going in there. Also would be easier if the controls in there were a little more fat finger friendly on phones. I have small hands and still find it difficult to get to a specific section.

Great app! But needs another update

Been using SuperLivePlus for about a year now. I recently updated in the last few days. After the update it does not open the camera feed right away. I have to click onto the server to see the details and then it connects and then I have to click out back to view the cameras. It previously did not do this and would just open the cameras right away. Please improve to have it open the camera feed immediately like it used to before. It used to be very quick and efficient before the update.

App has to be restarted often

I like the simplicity of SuperLivePlus but o have two issues. For starters the camera numbers have changed on their own and every time I reset them in the order I want they reset on their own again. More annoying is that I have to close out SuperLivePlus and restart it every other time. It shows that coffee cup off line icon each time. I shut it down and open it and it almost always pops back up. Very annoying though.

Needs Some Work

Over the past few months, there have been some changes. It still needs work. Have to use a different app for iPad than the iPhone 10. Very confusing to figure out. How come emails are not sent out? All apps are very different. There is no way to select 6 camera views!!! Totally different configuration for Windows 10 on the browser. Does not work with Chrome. Must use Internet Explorer which few people use. Please try to make some of these changes ASAP. Saving video is not an option on iPad or iPhone. The above should have been implemented a long time ago as standard essential tools.

Very helpful

I live 37 miles from my work. It’s very helpful to be able to check conditions there before leaving for the drive. I can run through the building and see who’s there, even check the weather and dress accordingly. One change I’d like to see: I’d like the ability to see all the cameras at once. I’m sure the images would be too small but just knowing where the lights are on and which rooms show activity would let me select that camera to focus on.

Worst App Ever UNRELIABLE

My app almost never opens when I need it too. It’s a miracle if it does and by the time it opens when I need it to it’s already too late. Also doesn’t work on androids. It used to but after this last update it stopped working on both phones. I can’t believe the unreliability of SuperLivePlus. People have security cameras set up for a reason. If I knew this would happen I wouldn’t have wasted money setting up those cameras to SuperLivePlus. It always says NETWORK ERROR even when I have great WiFi connection. Also you can’t pick a specific time because you have to drag your finger across this super sensitive timeline and you always skip too far or too back. I can’t stand this company. FIX SOMETHING.

We have always been happy with your product. Your recent demand to waive our privacy rights or forfeit access to our cameras is very disturbing. We did not expect such an outrageous new demand to access the cameras we paid for. What is going on?
