will not send email to access account two days now and its stressing me out emailed help line twice and received no reply i need it fixed urgently please???

When I go to open my app it won’t open it goes straight off then I have to delete the app then reload it. It starting to get on my nerves

I've just tried to open an account and all was going well. The app won't open and keeps telling me I need to update the app. It won't do anything further and is updated?? I have tried deleting and reinstalling but still won't work !!!
