We lost 900 brush streaks yesterday when the app crashed. Can we restore them somehow
There are a few items in the app not working properly. One of the backgrounds (the beach scene) doesn’t have colors. Also, several of the star-shaped glasses no longer fit over the sparkly’s eyes. Instead, they fit like tiny spectacles. I’ve tried closing the app and restarting my phone (I have an iPhone), but nothing helps. Is there anything that can be done without resetting the whole app? My kids don’t want to lose all the clothes, backgrounds, paints, and foods they have earned!
Hello, I can start the app, I can use the parents dashboard, I can make an account for my daughter (add picture and name) but I can't start the program: so if I enter my daughter's account there is a blue screen an 'waiting' bubbles for minutes. Nothing happens. So we can't use the app at all, there is no monster, we can't connect with the tooth brush. What can we do? best regards, Julie
