It has been a week now since I tried to contact you. My subscription was recently renewed, you're welcome. Now, I can no longer use your app on my Roku. I followed the steps provided; reinitiating my subscription is not an option. My only option on the app (or Roku) is to sign in. I do, nothing happens. I would really appreciate notification that you have received this email and I would appreciate a call. (904) 743-5617 or (904) 219-9759
