THIS APP SUCKS EVEN MORE NOW THAT IT HAS BEEN UPDATED. IT WON'T LET ME LOG IN AT ALL. I CHANGED MY PASSWORD, UNINSTALLED THE APP 16 TIMES, AND DID THE INSTRUCTIONS AND ITS STILL NOT WORKING. PLEASE DO AWAY WITH THIS APP AND FIND A BETTER ONE TO USE. THIS IS HORRIFIC, ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE. HONESTLY, I HATE PEDIATRIC ASS. BUT THEY BOUGHT OUT ALL THE OTHER PED OFFICED SO WE ARE FORCED TO USE THEIR HORRIBLE SERVICES. LEAVE IT TO PED ASS. TO SCREW UP ONCE AGAIN, ALL THE TIME. IM SO FED UP WITH THIS COMPANY AND WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND FOR YOU NEVER TO USE PED ASS. SERVICES DUE TO THEIR HORRIFIC CUSTOMER SERVICE AND CARE. FIND ANOTHER PED OFFICE IF YOU WANT TO ACTUALLY GET PROPER CARE FOR YOU KIDS.
