The app does not work properly. I will brush and the app skips certain areas to brush (which will be highlighted yellow on the app). I continue brushing thinking that the app will instruct me to return to those areas, but instead, shuts off and says brushing is complete even though the areas are still showing up yellow (unbrushed) and I have not gone over those areas. At one point the app was stuck on tounge cleaning and I could not get it to go to tooth brushing. I turned the app off and tried to log back in and it still was stuck on tounge brushing. I attempted to resolve this issue with the CHAT option but this was not productive. The rep had no idea what he was doing.

App started out well, but now does not recognize brushing in certain sections of the mouth. It's still useful for helping me figure out how much time to spend on each section, though not doing what it's intended to do.
My sonicare app misses seeing whole sections of teeth that I’m brushing ( the faint sweep outside the teeth is missing in certain sections) even when I use extra time. It does not register where the brush is brushing in certain sections of my mouth. Always the sides and never the front sections. Is this a common fault?
I called support and someone told me to uninstall and reinstall app. I cannot log in or reconnect toothbrush. The help line is useless. No one knows the answer to any questions and no one can speak English well. Can I just get help from someone in the US else who is able to help me?

From wednesday App does not work properly. When push the ikon "play" writes that the device language not supported by Sonicarekids. I do not know what to do. Because about one year it worked properly, nothing did not change but it do not works because of problem I mentioned before. Can you help me how to fix it? Do not want to reinstall all app, because I have many achievements and do not want to loose them. Is it any other possibility?
My Sonicare app keeps showing that I’m missing areas of my teeth. The same areas every time. When it gives me extra time it still doesn’t show clean.
Not only did the app stop finding my device after day one even though I took my phone into the bathroom and sat it next to the stand, but when I tried to trouble shoot the issue in the provided box, it came up with a message something along the lines of 'cannot find this' after one word was entered so I couldn't type a full sentence. It was also annoying to see the 'you don't appear to brush regularly' message when you do twice a day. I have deleted app.
Just installed Philips sonicare app. Boy, it doesn't work. I've deleted and reinstalled it again and again. All I got was a Philips logo + cancel button. Forget it.
The app states 9700 New toothbrush is discontinued and won’t connect?
The last time I brushed, the app did not correctly show where I brushed. The display stayed fixed in one area when I had moved to the next and beyond. Timer continued as normal. Then I got a message with most of the teeth in bright yellow telling me I could have done better. No, the app could have done better. If the purpose of the expensive system is to monitor my brushing, then it fails. This is only the third or fourth time I have brushed with it, so it is a new system.
The brush icon disappeared from my app. Real time brush guidance is gone from the app! This brush and app worked much better when I bought it a few years ago. The brush still works great but you have wrecked the app with the changes you have made and now there is no way I would ever buy another high end blue tooth brush if all it does is tell me when to buy new heads!
My daughter uses the Sonicare App but today it wont load. She connected her bluetooth successfully and but the screen afterwards to start the brushing of teeth part does not load. When she presses Play! button it crashes or hangs (with a blue screen with a turning circles going round and round). I have restarted the tablet and the App several times but it does the same thing. Are you able to help? My daughter is worried she will lose her statistics...
