I can't sign in my mobile app Why I don't understand I can transfer

Can't login, as soon as i try signing in, it will proceed to the point where i need to insert the otp sent to my line and that's it.

Why my account is disabled from logging in on the mobile app

When I log in on my uba mobile Banking app my balance and my account number is not showing on the dashboard it is just blank

I open the app and where I am supposed to see my account balance is blank I deleted and installed the app back but still nothing changed

I have been trying to log in but it was not loading, after l have inserted my password.
