Why my account is disabled from logging in on the mobile app

When I log in on my uba mobile Banking app my balance and my account number is not showing on the dashboard it is just blank

I open the app and where I am supposed to see my account balance is blank I deleted and installed the app back but still nothing changed

I have been trying to log in but it was not loading, after l have inserted my password.

UBA bank app just caused me some serious embarrassment. App refused to sign in and I'm just sitting in this pharmacy like an idiot . I'm switching to Firstbank but GTBank is the very best and most reliable in online and offline transactions and customer service .

At first ,it was not connecting expect someone on hotspot for me, so I deleted d app ,to download another, now I can't download the uba app on my phone again
