Of all the commercial apps that I use, this app’s the worst. If I could give a rating lower than the one star, you will have it. The only reason I continue to use UBA is because this is where my salary comes, otherwise I will have been long gone, and it’s gona happen soon. Just to mention one key... Show more issue - your face recognition ID doesn’t work, I have given this feedback several times and many months now, yet it has not been fixed; there are so many other things.

Please go and look at GTB Mobile app and see what it can do; don’t be too proud to learn.

I don’t know why this new app update is the worst I’ve ever seen.. I transferred to other banks accounts and all UBA was saying that other banks can’t receive the money and I was debited in that process which is very sad. To be honest this bank is the most useless banking app have ever seen..they defraud there customers I happen to make a transaction which till date I haven’t gotten my refund, there call center not even working and they don’t even reply to email…I must say not only this banking app but the bank itse... The user interface is very much outdated. Not optimised to take advantage of my screen size. It’s still cropped with black bars. The touch response is weak. I don’t know if I should be angry with UBA or with the Bank itself… Firstly, UBA is full of bugs, whenever I want to come and perform transactions on UBA, internet error message justs pop out even when my data is on, I have to close UBA and restart it all over again.

I thought I was the only one having a problem with checking transaction history. Plus why does it sometimes give me two different balances both on my email and the this app app. Isn’t there a way to view just your cards transaction history and a way to like block the card or report it immediately ... UBA isn’t futuristic or what I hope it would be......
The need to be a customer information update where you can easily change some bank info from UBA like bank alert phone number etc instead of going to the bank to do all that..... Please look into it and add it to your next update

Previously, I could copy and paste account numbers into UBA but can’t do that anymore. Also, I wish there was a way for the saved beneficiary name to appear as it is in the account name instead of ‘John’s account’ for example, to make it easier when you have multiple people bearing the same accoun... UBA has really been improved. Well done. More can be done especially for people abroad that might need a virtual card for transactions if they can’t return back to Nigeria to pick replacement. Pls look into that. All round it’s really getting there!! Kudos

After the upgrade at the login attempt it claims the number is not recognized but works at second attempt. While UBA runs in background if you want to re-login it gives feed back “Not Logged in”

It will be more convenient for us in diaspora if we can actually have something like a virtual atm just in case our atm cards gets expired and We cannot renew because We am not in the country and don’t know exactly when we will be back. UBA is one of the best thing that has happened in modern banking in Nigeria. Be in diaspora, UBA has helped me transfer money every time to my aged mother back home from my pension account. I never experienced any glitched since I downloaded UBA. Weld one this app and expecting more innovations... Show more in UBA.

This is the best mobile banking app ever. UBA is user friendly, the fact that I can check my bank statement without going to the bank gives me loads of joy. I have a lot to say about UBA, it is really nice, keep up the good work this app

App is annoying of all the banks I use this app mobile banking is the most annoying. UBA always develops problem. Even the transaction history is not always updated in time. You’ll have problems of recharging your number multiple times and UBA would tell you not successful mean while you’ve boug... Show more ht the airtime about 4/5 times.

Previous version was perfect but I noticed that since I upgraded to the latest one, it seems to reset to the first-run screen, delete all my preferences, settings and login number EACH time I close UBA . I have been using it for quite sometime now, I lost my card which I used In registering UBA . I got another card and it was working though and it stopped. I can’t login anymore. Keeps saying wait and then contact CFC. I contacts and nothing is done. Please help!!!!!!

You should make UBA last longer as a background app. It doesn’t last more than three mins when minimized. And add a feature for easy access to our secure pass’

App shows steady improvements over the last one year, more functionalities added. Please add Face ID functionality. Kudos.
