- Camera interface for receipt capture is wonky and lacks editing capacity.

Hi my people hr app is not working for the last few days, when trying it says the email address you entered does not match the data on record, there seems to be a fault because this is my email I use, I’ve tried deleting and downloading again but still the same problem. Thanks Alan

How to fix Access PeopleHR app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Access PeopleHR app on iPhone
Update Access PeopleHR app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Access PeopleHR iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Access PeopleHR on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Access PeopleHR network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Access PeopleHR Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Access PeopleHR not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Access PeopleHR App
1. On android, goto Settings » Access PeopleHR » click [Force Stop]

Update Access PeopleHR to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Access PeopleHR App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Access PeopleHR » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Access PeopleHR.

Fix Access PeopleHR unable to contact server/ Access PeopleHR internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Access PeopleHR » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Access PeopleHR » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Access PeopleHR
