Follow these steps to resolve intermittent Clari app issues:

Force Stop the Clari App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click Clari app. » click "Force Stop".

Update Clari to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Clari App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "Clari app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch Clari.
