No ability to mark which deals to include in forecast or offer manager forecasted price. Have to do all math outside of Clari . Can’t copy numbers to paste in notepad. Really missing a lot of basic functionality that would make this helpful.

this app is hands-down the best forecasting & opportunity management application for Salesforce - but ONLY if you are using it via a traditional web browser.

Unfortunately, the mobile app is ‘unfriendly’ and in a large part unusable. Everything that makes the browser based this app awesome is missing in the mobile app. Not only does it lack considerable functionality, it’s only available as an old-school iPhone app in ‘portrait mode’. There’s no landscape mode available so anyone using an iPad, or an iPad with a keyboard is out of luck unless you want to spin your iPad & type like you are using a phone on a small keyboard.

Also, beware their sister application called “this app Connect” as it lacks basic security features. this app Connect is providing me with updates on customers that I should not have access to & sending me activity alerts for sales reps who do not even report to me! Any InfoSec team who catches wind of this will more than likely shut down usage for the obvious security risk exposure.

Cannot effectively use filters and results in the mobile app are different than the web UI. Unacceptable.

Tried to download this app to my IPad and it downloaded the mobile app. When i tried to authenticate in it failed to log me in. There should be an iPad app, 97% of the world is NOT using a desktop all the time.

I can’t even click on the calendar integration from the mobile app.

The saved views are completely wrong. The desktop version works.

Same to many complains here, this is not native app for iPad. In the other words, there are too many differences when using Clari in vs to use in desktop. And its interface is completely not for iPad. Please rethink about it from user point of view, and test with all iOS/Android devices before launching it. Thanks.

In the middle of updating an opportunity and I received a rate this app pop up and it rendered Clari useless. The keyboard sprung up from the bottom so you couldn’t select any of the pop up buttons. It forced me to delete my entire update and rate Clari to even get out of the situation.

This *entire* interface needs a rethink. If I can’t manage at the opportunity level as easily as I can on the desktop, then I can’t manage my business properly.

this app would be amazing on an iPad, but yet there still isn’t a native version. If the web version worked on safari it’d be different.

Come on this app, I love your product, but it’s time to step it up

C’mon - It is kinda lame that in this day and age you would not build this app to work on all Apple platforms. I used my iPad more than I use my laptop. Please build something for the iPad.

Nice to see deals…but I’d like to be able to select, copy, and paste items from Clari like the name of the deal.

I’m constantly tracking how much my team has closed for the quarter and what we’re forecasting, and Clari makes it really easy for me to do that from anywhere. I can also really easily check up on deals and see how the prospect is engaging with my AE.

I never want to go back to updating SFDC on my computer. This is so much better!

this app makes updating deals faster and submitting forecats a breeze. I feel very fortunate that my company uses this app with our SalesForce implimentation. The this app team also great on the support side.

This an amazing app for any field rep! You are able to update opportunities live and is a great way to keep everyone on your team on the same page! I am able to keep everything organized for myself and team!!

I have found this app to be the go-to App for mobile sales executives who need to manage their business from anywhere, in an instant. I rely on this app to get overviews, forecast, and granular deal info, as well as helping me prepare for a client meeting from the taxi. The best business app since Google!

If you were going to pick one app to run your business from, this is it. this app literally has everything I need to crush my quota, plus it’s super easy to use. If you are in sales and you aren’t using this app - you’re doing it wrong.

this app’s app makes updating opportunities super easy. The sorting feature makes it simple to assess risk, and prioritize where to spend my time. Simple UX makes all the difference!
