Whether I log in via the Android App or the Web Portal, it has issues validating my login credentials - keeps giving "Internal Error" or says the PW is incorrect and for me to reset it; which I have tried numerous times and still it can/will not validate my credentials and ends up locking my account. ALSO - I have reached out several times on this issue, and have had -0- response. /s/ John McGarity E: Jam027@redacted

The app does not appear to update. When I scan tickets it does not report current draw results. I have deleted and reloaded the app with the same results. The app worked fine until somebody updated it, apparently it was not done correctly. When is this going to be fixed?

I have filled out my play slip correctly, but the machine doesn't respond. I end up having to settle for a scratch ticket and not the Lotto.

I have noticed multiple Wa state lottery tickets, when I scan them, they don’t give me the option of counting them towards my lottery app. I have made sure I don’t scan them until after multiple draws(I purchase tickets for multiple draws) games have ended, yet I’m not getting credit on the app for these tickets.., why is that?

The new app wont scan, have had this issue for several months now, Please fix this issue! Please bring back the old app, much more user friendly and reliable. Some one at WA-Lottery, please do something!
