Hi My messages on smule won't open and im not sure why. I've uninstalled the app and installed it again and restarred my phone but nothing seems to work. It's quite annoying cause I'm under a Korean singing company on smule and I can't contact my managers or anything so I need my messages to work. Please tell me how to fix this issue. Thank you

I tried to use my Smule yesterday and it would not let me, it kept saying not available please try again later. So I tried several times with no luck. So I uninstalled the app and tried to reinstall the app and it would not let me install the app

I was using Vivo Y19 phone till 31st Jan 2023. When I changed my phone to Samsung M33,I am getting a feeble distorted recorded feed sound

Paid Rs.3359.20 to renew my VIP on 2nd October 2022 for my iphone but all access pass not working. Please resolve and restore. Thanks

First ,smule was requesting that I update. Then,when I tried to update it wouldn't. The wheel just kept circling. Then I deleted it with the idea that I would download it again. However, I was not able to download it as once again the wheel just kept circling.

I can't access Smule via WiFi anymore only on mobile data is there any reason for this and how can I resolve the problem?

Been trying to connect to Smule for hours but it keeps saying our connection is weak or to check network connection. Everything else is working fine, all other websites we've been on have had no issues at all. We did restart our router just to see, but no difference at all. I turned my phone off and on again but no joy.

I can't get into my smule app. My wifi provider did all the checks (I called them) his end and says it's no fault of theirs and my wifi speed is fast. When I try to go on smule on my phone it won't load and tells me to 'check my Internet' or 'try later'. I've uninstalled the app then reinstalled. No luck. I've turned my phone off then on. No luck. I've cleared the cache on the app. No luck so please don't tell me it's faulty my end. I've also left an email to Smule Zendesk and I'm awaiting a response. I've had many technical problems recording wise but never this. I'm in London Britain, has your system shut down? I've been trying to look on Google to see if this is the case but can't find any complaints to this effect. Justine. Username JustieCrustie.

Cant open wont load

Keeps saying my network connection isn’t strong enough but everything else on my phone works perfectly ! Had issues since yesterday with Smule not working it’s beginning to be more hassle than it’s worth using this app

Timing / synch issues for past 1 month on Andriod. Tried adjusting lag. But when it syncs the beginning it goes out of sync towards the end or vice versa. Frustrating.

only problem with smule on samsung. same what I try. It can work some few songs, then it stop.. On apple I also seen only problem the last year. it stop, just lagging. when u sing. the song suddenly start playing in the middle. smule never bother to try to answerd or fix problems. I have tried contacted them many times. this is a known issue, why dont try to solve it.

Messages will not load

None of my videos work any longer then like 40 seconds. Please don't shut me out because all I do is duets for free. I have complex regional pain syndrome, and I look forward to getting to sing gospel with others I have met here. First I lost some videos. Now none of them will play right any more. Please help. Being I can not go outside of the duplex for months at a time. And I am very fond of the Smule App. Plus I send some music to the friends on line.
