Fahlo Animal Tracker Status

Why won't the fahlo tracking app work on my Samsung galaxy s7 phone. What version of android do I need?

All of a sudden I cannot open my Fahlo app. It wants my email address and then my name, but then says it can't connect because my email address already exists. I just want to open my one and only account. Please help!

Hello! I recently purchased a sea turtle bracelet, and have began tracking Olive our green sea turtle. I am running this as a program for senior living residents. My shark (Chum) was gifted to me half a year ago, but suddenly the data reset and it says he was released just a few days ago, but all other times I checked the site he had been released a year ago.

I was checking on my sea turtle (Coral) and she only moves at night. I thought since I am on spring break maybe I can see her moving. So I just checked my app and it says her last location was April 6, at 3:29 am. But it is currently April 6, 12:14 am so maybe it’s a time change but it’s really confusing and I wanted to fix it so could you maybe help with my problem. Thanks, Avonlea Duplantis
