I can't scan receipts abd I had $43 on the app and can't get it. No one is responding to help me resolve the issue.

Hello. My name is Ashley Febo.  My account was blocked last month. I was told that I was not following the rules then I was told I needed to acknowledged the rules which I did. I tried to cash out 5$ for Amazon gift card and my account was blocked again. I've been following the rules since the beginning and I'm not getting a clear answer or explanation on why this is happening. I would to talk to someone as soon as possible perfeably via phone because this is ridiculous. What's the point of using the app and following the rules if every time I try to cash out I'm always having trouble.

I cashed out $30 through Zelle and never received the money. I contacted customer service and at first they were corresponding with me, but now they won’t even reply to my emails. VERY FRUSTRATING!!

I wish someone would start a class action law suit against them. This is such a bogus company, a new and improved way to mess over the consumer that followers their guidelines but receives none of the money they are entitled to. There is always some different reason that we can't cash out our money after scanning receipts forever. I can't cash out because they want updated info from me well when I try to put in date of birth it will not let the date to be typed in. I want my $28 bucks NOW

Been using the app for over a year, finally got it to like $20, went to log into the app, it told me the password was wrong, checked my password book and tried again and the password is invalid, tried again and now tells me invalid account and is telling me to create a new account. ya not going to happen. scam scam scam. People use fetch much better app, use my code if you like and get 2,000 points rite away AF7PM much better app think you will like it.

Total Scam, i did not receive my $ 20.00 cash out.

I had been wondering why I had so much trouble after I hit $20 and tried to cash it in I had done some investigating and found out that you guys are nothing but a scam I am + 2 you to the Better Business Bureau to Google and to Microsoft I promise you you will not be ripping people off much longer. I've been driven crazy thinking I've done something wrong and I your reviews are awful of wish I had use one of the riches or ones before I wasted all this time

How do I unlock my account. I'm trying to install the app and getting "Account Locked" after entering the system password.

I have CoinOut installed on my phone. I keep a record of every receipt I scan by writing down the date, store name and total amount of purchase. Plus I also write down the amount CoinOut gives me for each receipt. Sometimes have a little trouble reading things on my phone. So every app I have installed on my phone, I also most of the time, install those apps on my tablet. I installed the CoinOut app on my tablet earlier today and when I went to login it told me my password was incorrect and I know that I did not put the wrong password in either. So I put it in a 2nd time and again it said it was wrong. So I just decided to reset it because I didn't wanna keep tryin and then end up being locked outta out my account. I clicked on the forgot password link and then received a text with a numbers code to use as my password to login so I could reset it but I was told again my password was incorrect. So I closed the app and waited a few hours and went back to try and sign on to my account and of course It said the same crap. Plus now it told me my account has been locked. So I googled what to do and that is when I read 20+ different posts from 20+ different people who said that they had the same exact problem that I'm havin now and there's alot of other person who have installed the CoinOut app that also have had different issues with the app. But what I have yet to read from any of those people who posted about their issues n problems with CoinOut is absolutely nothing on about how those peoples issues and problems have been resolved. My gut tells me it will be the same exact way for me too. What a scam of an app. CoinOut should be made to close their app down so they can't and don't continue to scam other people in the future.

I cashed out once on PayPal it worked this time I did it again 4 days later it doesn’t say pending anymore but it’s not in my PayPal account at all

I really like this app had cashed out one time. When i got enough to cash out the second time it locked me out & can't get in touch with anyone this some BS.

I did the spend $25 or less with your Varo debit card within 60 days of activating the account and you will receive $50 in your account. I have spent over the $25 but have not received my $50. I thought it was against the law to not pay if you abide by the rules! If I don’t receive my $50 they won’t have to worry about deleting my account, I will do it for them.

I am having a serious problem with my app that needs to be addressed. I finally start getting money approved after months of using the app and you block my account. I am owed at least 2 thousand dollars from this app. If you go back and look at how many times this has happened to me you will see that I deserve at least 2 thousand dollars. Well it’s been over 2 months and I still haven’t received my Amazon $20 gift card for my cash out. As I see by all your reviews your company is a scam. Good thing in an attorney so if I don’t receive my $20 bucks with in 3 days I will start a law suit for all !
