How to fix LivingWith app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the LivingWith app on iPhone
Update LivingWith app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall LivingWith iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix LivingWith on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve LivingWith network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

LivingWith Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix LivingWith not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the LivingWith App
1. On android, goto Settings » LivingWith » click [Force Stop]

Update LivingWith to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear LivingWith App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » LivingWith » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart LivingWith.

Fix LivingWith unable to contact server/ LivingWith internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click LivingWith » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto LivingWith » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
