Contact LiveWell with Advocate Aurora Support

So it’s weird my Primary Care doctor and hospital have different internet sites so they often go to two different portals and this is one. The app has improved but sadly it’s so hard to find since they keep renaming it and now renamed it LiveWell…. Why? Also even though I go in to get the flu shots and get vaccinated each year it does not update in this system and there is no way to stop the annoying reminders with this app telling you that you need stuff you already got. Give me an option to turn it off

This app is not updated nor does it contain current information. I keep looking for my test results from a visit a week and a half ago, and all I see is results from six months ago. An app should be allow me to make appointments, see test results, communicate with my physician and access office visit summaries. This app dies none of that. I hope this is updated soon. I utilize the Northsore app my husband uses for his physicians and it is much easier to navigate and a pleasure to have this info accessible when it is needed. This LiveWell app is useless.

They just updated this app, which has turned it into a monster. Now you have to verify it’s you all the time despite opting to pass up this step for 3 days. Why have to do it at all? Why not have an opt out option? Aurora sends automated annoying phone calls reminding you of upcoming appointments even AFTER you have already pre registered online. This is in addition to multiple emails. You cannot stop this or even limit any of it. And try finding someone to complain to. Best avoid this at all costs.
