Withings Health Mate Status

My app on Android suddenly stopped working. I have Android 8 and tried installing the legacy app for it, but it's still happening. Your scale has lost value because of it. I won't recommend this to my friends and I will leave you bad reviews until this is fixed.

App crashes every time I open it. Clear cache, uninstall and reinstall. Attempt to login and "Oops, there seems to be a connectivity issue. Please try again later." Attempted to login on the website. Typed in my email address, click next and voila....straight back to "Please fill out your email" and the email address box is empty again. Retry....too many login attempts. What's happening? Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra. App is up to date.

Hello, just purchased some Body + Smart Scales downloaded the App but saying “an unknown error has occurred please try again later” I’ve deleted the app and tried again numerous times, but to no avail. I have an IPhone13 updated etc. Feel like retuning the product!

The Health Mate App was working fine for months on my android. Over the past few days, it started crashing as soon as I go into the app. What's wrong? I tried uninstalling and re-installing the app but it did not fix the issue. At this point, the sleep sensor is worthless.

The app is not syncing the data properly. I literally watched after opening the App today as my fat mass increased by 5-7% on each entry. Like how is that even possible. I can’t get the old data back.

Health mate app keeps crashing when I click on steps.

I’m trying to add another scale and the app is nothing but a white blank screen. I’ve tried multiple times and nothing is working.

Yes. Everything seems to work now that you have removed your defective, disruptive and clearly untested update. You tried to blame Comcast and Samsung for your complete failures. Your "CUSTOMER SERVICE" is disgusting and dishonest. I have purchased a different set of Medical Devices from your competitors at great expense. I could not wait for an HONEST reply from Withings which, you seem to be incapable of. Your devices are excellent but your support is completely dishonest and and worthless. I will pass this on to anyone who seeks my advice about your Company and products. Hey! This is certainly not the first time you have done something like this! I wrote to your President in France and never received the courtesy of a reply.

All devices and android app stopped working with update on 4/14/22. No success with Withings support. They are clueless.
