MyAdvocateAurora powered by Epic is useless. My old MyAdvocateAurora would let me do a history of the test results, I could graph past test results, and it would confirm messages that were sent. MyAdvocateAurora powered by Epic does not. MyAdvocateAurora powered by Epic does not confirm that the prescriptions that were just ordered to be refilled. When you schedule an INR, a flu shot, or an A1c it sets up an appointment with a MA, which is fine with me, but doesn’t state what the appointment is for when you look at future appointments. As far as I am concerned it’s just useless information. It used to be a useful tool.
Helpful to manage care
This app continues to evolve and has become a useful tool for helpful schedule and manage care activities. Having results from tests available here is really helpful. Thanks for fixing the problem that had the Touch ID selection overlapping with the PIN selections.
First off, the banner at the bottom interferes with the fingerprint ID, so you have to input your password every single time. Secondly, the app seems to have a built-in timeout, even if you are actively inputting information. So if you’re trying to input a message OR fill out the e-visit questionnaire, you get booted out with no warning whatsoever, with absolutely NOTHING saved. So you have to log back in and start all over again.
Great idea/ not so great app
I like that I can keep track and refer back to the visit summaries and any other information regarding mine and my families’ wellness. I like that I can message my doctor if there’s a question or concern. I’d like it more if I could either get emailed a copy of my message to the doctor and also if it wouldn’t kick me out of the app while I was writing the message to the doctor and then losing everything that I was thinking of and then having it happen on multiple occasions.
This app has made managing my family’s health care needs amazingly easy!!! What a great addition of support services for any Adv/Aurora patient. Very satisfied customer.... thank you for the development of this app, as it has made managing health care so seamless and quick. :))))
Same look. Why change
Looks the same as old app. It did keep all my info unlike some comments.
Should be able to compare previous test results
On the website you can compare your test result numbers with previous tests; I have not seen the same function in the app. Also when messaging my Dr. in the app test result section I get no acknowledgment the message was sent; I am not sure it was even sent.
Bring back My Chart
* Tried to request a mail order refill, but my only option was to pick up locally * My Rx/dosage & use indications are wrong * I have an exclamation point badge on my billing even though my balance is $0 Overall, just a horrible app whereas My Chart worked flawlessly for me. 6/4/19 Update: Still horrible! *Still showing the exclamation point badge on my billing...balance still $0 *Spent 5 minutes composing a message to my doctor...clicked “Send” and the app crashed & returned me to the log-in screen. What is up with this app, and who is in charge of its programming? Please find someone who knows what they’re doing. I have apps that were created by teenagers that work better!
Nice app, still several problems
I like that I can use Face ID to log into the app but once I’m in, there’s still several things I can’t do. Primarily, I can’t pay my bill. All my records are correct but I have no billing history. Real bummer because that’s the main reason I was interested in the app
I like it
I don't see the issues other people say they have with this app. I think it works great and have not had any issues with it. I like that I can see everything at a glance and even pay bills with it.
Info not transferred
All information was not transferred. Support kept giving me a date that it would, which would come and go. After 4 “changes” to the date that all info would be transferred, Support finally said all info would be transferred when I see my primary doctor so he could verify! Why wasn’t I told that from day 1, and why isn’t that the case for all users???
I love being able to write to my doctor and view test results. I just wish you could send pictures & be able to see what the doctor actually wrote for your review
Fix option to view bill in app
Why do you expect a payment under with out being able to view the bill first? Irritating I have to go to the website to see the bill. Please add this to the billing option.
Log in page doesn’t allow Touch ID
The login page has an odd layout. The LogIn tab covers the Fingerprint making TouchId useless. Seems like something that should be easy to get right as many apps have a front page to log in. It seems that developers didn’t account for ppl using larger fonts which are set up on iPhone setting/ display
Figure it out. There are some amusing reviews of this app. Sure... But here is one simple request I have. Fix the darn “fingerprint” login. It has been moved down into a spot that you are not actually able to select it. Every time I try to select it. I get stuck selecting the “sign up” link! Very annoying.
