I have just reserved 4 tickets for Sound of Freedom at Cinemark in Sherman, TX. I added a new payment method and put in a promo code. It said my reservations were confirmed, but the buy button is "grayed out" and will not allow me to buy. What do I do now?

While my atom app stop working I try to do my free ticket again because it didn’t work the first time and now it won’t even let me do it so I had to pay for my ticket instead of the mega pass

I had Adam tickets previously installed and it used to work. Today it doesn't do anything. So I uninstalled and reinstalled. And it still doesn't do anything it just opens and nothing else happens.

How to fix Atom app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Atom app on iPhone
Update Atom app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Atom iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Atom on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Atom network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Atom Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Atom not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Atom App
1. On android, goto Settings » Atom » click [Force Stop]

Update Atom to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Atom App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Atom » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Atom.

Fix Atom unable to contact server/ Atom internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Atom » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Atom » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Atom
