Polar Beat Status

My wife has been using the Polar Beat Belt but now wants to uninstall the Polar Beat app from her iPad. We have both tried but it is impossible. We have run out of ideas. Can you please assist? Thanks, Steve

While cycling today only elapsed time was displayed and NO information appeared on my history page of prior rides.

Hi, The polare beat app keeps crashing during my runs in the last week. Never had this problem before. Crashes after 1-1.5km each time and I restart the training session and it crashes again. Thanks.

Polar Beat app and H10 sensor. The sensor works without issue, when recording directly to the sensor no issues either. But when I record a session as normal using the App, it regularly stops the session prematurely, usually at a full minutes interval (10:00, 02:00 etc.) The app has become unusable, I can't properly track any sessions using this so I have resorted to logging training directly to the sensor which means I can't get any GPS data. Its just a pain! I've tried updating the app, the sensor, being very careful to only minimise the app, not using other apps (Google maps, Strava etc) at the same time and nothing makes a difference. The ONLY way I've managed to successfully record a short session was to keep the phone screen unlocked and not touch it at all for the duration of my session, which works on a treadmill but not in the real world.

I paired Polar Beat with my Garmin Dual chest strap HR. It initially picked up my heart rate just fine. Now it is not. It show the Gamin Dual as paired on the setting section of the app.

My Polar beat app has stopped working the heart monitor is fine its just the app on my phone. Last night the phone did a softare install presumably of a new version of Android

I've installed reinstalled and reinstalled and there is nothing I can do to make the app work. I have no problems with the actual heart monitor it's the polar beat app that won't work.
