I attempted several times to buy again a 30 day residential pass through the app for Android. I already purchased one in October, and now I need a new one. With both my Visa Debit, and Agility Credit Card, the app says that my card information is incorrect. Nothing has changed on either Card since I purchased the previous pass, and there are sufficient funds available. Also, I did enter all of the information correctly, and consulted the 210 driver to confirm that the error was not on my end. She said that even she has had problems with the app. I WANT A DIGITAL PASS! How hard is it? Fix your app!
My mom but for 15-day passes and when we went to use them they say they were refunded. We hadn't called to have them refunded we hadn't used them they just said refunded. We need to use these passes ASAP. I have no way of using them because they are refunded. Would like to understand what happened.
SDK 200 error (underlying connection issue) Im connected to the internet. Im trying to purchase my monthly reduced fare rtc bus pass. I enter my email and password. I keep getting SDK 200 error. I tried following the steps to force stop, empty cache, closed app, visit play store & updated ridertc & still getting SDK error. I need to access this to ride bus in the am. Please help resolve issues promptly so I can avoid any disruptions in my rtc bus transportation. Thank you for your support and look forward to hearing back from you with a resolution... James B.
