HEOS Status

My music from tidal is no longer in alphebetical order in heos. It now is in tidal when it was not before. Any suggestions. Because of this i now stream tidal via bluetooth from my iphone. Does that reduce my sound quality?

I have a new Denon AVR-S960H receiver. It is connected to my internet via hardwire cat 6 line. I am unable to open the app. It keeps “circling” like it’s going to open and does. Nothing. The app is very sporadic, it will pop up working and surprise me. Then I’ll close out if I leave the house and upon returning it will not open. I’ve rebooted (unplugging from the electrical outlet) the Denon Stereo, unplugged my modem and router and rebooted my iPhone 13 ProMax. Still nothing, can you help?

I have HEOS connected to TIDAL with my MarantzPM7000N. My tracks collection has suddenly changed from Alphabetical to a date list. Tried different things including uninstall of Tidal and HEOS. Any suggestions?

Hi.. I have a galaxy s20 ultra For several months, I have not been able to run Tidal within HEOS I tried logging out of tidal and then logging in again several times but to no avail

Can't play any of my Tidal playlists through HEOS. Strangely enough it will play Albums but when trying Playlists I get the message, HEOS server unavailable. It' s been like it for months, I have deleted the app several times and reloaded, but to no avail. I'm running through a HEOS 7 connected to my hifi system. Anyone any ideas please? Regards Peter

Sound keeps cutting out from all speakers. Sometimes one speaker of four will work but not all. Have the same problem with Denon AVR with 5.1 wired speakers.

Tidal will not play any content via HEOS. Tune in via HEOS works fine. My Tidal plays fine on iPhone. After signing out and in again from Tidal (thru HEOS) Tidal plays for a few minutes then has periods of silence then full silence.

When I want to find an artist in Tidal I get the notificaties Heos account server not available try again later

App crashes and gets very sporadic. Started this week. Prior experience had been fabulous

If I go to HEOS on my Marantz AV 7706 remote, I get a message that I have no internet connection and it won't play, but the internet is working fine. If I go to the app on my iphone it plays fine, but there is no content display on the TV, just the no internet message. This problem just occurred today after several weeks of working correctly. Not happy to have problems with a nearly new unit.

Amazon music playlist keeps dropping out partway through playlist. Have tried install/reinstall etc. Switched to SoundCloud. It only plays partial playlist, skips songs and stops before end of playlist.

Heos crash this morning and haven't been able to get it to work again I have uninstalled and reinstalled which is really all I know how to do

Hello, it's impossible to connect a soundcloud account with HEOS app. After logging, the app request to "allow "heos by Denon" access to your soundcloud account?" Then aplpy "connect and Continue" resulting ERROR...

I am having massive problems with the HEOS app, does not stream amazon or tidal at the mo. The app keeps crashing. I had to create a new account as it did not recognise my existing one. I am a CI installer and usually I do get these sort of problems. I was hoping to recommend Denon and Heos to my customers, but having second thoughts now.

Like everyone is experiencing-the HEOS App doesn’t work with music streaming services like Spotify or IHeart. I bought my Denon for this feature - What a disappointment. The advertising claims need to be changed ASAP or a class action will come soon.

Just bought it yesterday and it’s made an AWFUL first impression. The install instructions were not very clear. Once installed, music keeps dropping out. Planning on returning if customer service cannot help. It sounds like it’s playing records that skip. Bummer

I have two Denon receivers driving a total of 4 speaker zones and I just switched over from a conventional wifi router and extender to a wireless mesh system. All of my TV's, phones, tablets connected to the new network and are working fine. When I tried to open up HEOS I get an error message that says "Devices not found" I tried unplugging the receiver and the modem for about a minute and plugging everything back in but keep getting the same results. Can you please tell me how to get connected with HEOS again? Thank you, Jim

Have had heos for many years in all ropms in my house. Now, no speaker plays more then a few seconds. No helps to get from Denon , reporting from app gives no feedback back. I give up.

Heos app can find all 3 speakers 2x Heos 5 HS2 and 1x Heos 7 HS2 all three speakers i get sound, but when i put them all 3 in one room, only the Heos 7 gets sound. When i get the Heos 5 speakers out of the room they give sound . Getting pissed off DEAL with the Problem plse!!!

Heos app on iphone 13 works sometimes. Other times just cycles and says connecting to wifi without ever connecting.

Wireless HEOS 1 speaker is not found by app. Speaker has solid signal according to my network equipment. Have reset speaker multiple times. App sees speaker and configures it but cannot find it after it sets the network password.

Heos app on my iPhone 13 stopped working few days ago, but still works on my iPhone 8. This is after both phones updated to iOS 15.5 few days ago. The Heos app on iPhone 13 just sits there trying to connect to the wifi network but never manages. Both phones have the same network settings. Any help much appreciated.

Hello. The app just crashes. The sound is coming and going hasn't been able to play music for a long time. Deleted re-entered app. It's not helping. taking out all speakers does not help.

heos7 not accepting input from aux port after latest software update? also blue light not showing on front of speaker. Input from Heos app working.
