Summary of Mellowsound Problems 🔥

- Before the 4.0.1 update, the app worked great on an iPad Pro 12.9 1st generation running IOS 12.3.1, but now it crashes to the home screen when trying to open the app.

- The purchased "Glockenspiel & voices" feature corresponds to either a really weird human voice or a tinkering sound that sounds nothing like a glockenspiel, making a terrible mix.

- Pop-up/help menus appear randomly at unexpected times and cannot be closed unless the app is shut down and reopened.

- The app is a huge battery drain when in the background, responsible for 48% of the total drain while the phone was idle.

How to fix Mellowsound app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Mellowsound app on iPhone
Update Mellowsound app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Mellowsound iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Mellowsound on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Mellowsound network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Mellowsound Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Mellowsound not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Mellowsound App
1. On android, goto Settings » Mellowsound » click [Force Stop]

Update Mellowsound to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Mellowsound App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Mellowsound » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Mellowsound.

Fix Mellowsound unable to contact server/ Mellowsound internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Mellowsound » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Mellowsound » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
