My contact information: I've lost all contact information except email addresses eg phone numbers etc

launching bluemail gives a java error after microsoft update

on windows, BM stays offline and won't sync

After bluemail updated to the latest version it wont start. It tries but the window doesnt appear

Bluemail opens but you cannot click on any email, just simply does not work. Have BlueMail on 4 computers all having the exact same issue.

Blue mail opens up with a blank screen

Does not update or synch in a timely matter on an iPhone

Attachments won't open

I have exact the same issues as Hazel for the last couple of days, very annoying. Any solutions?

I've had blue mail for a while now on my laptop and synced to my android phone, all working Ok. This is the same for my husband on his computer and android phone. But last week I went to click on one of the folders in my laptop and it went to a white screen. I have installed it, and reinstalled it, sync to my phone but still have the same problem. Blue mail on my phone is working on ok. I had saved some important emails in my saved folder from last year (they do t show up on my phone). This problem is happening exactly the same for my husband and his desktop computer

I cannot successfully download bluemail for Linux Mint 21.3. I have tried deb and snap, and nothing will complete. I have written three times for help and get no reply.

I get regular notifications from BlueMail stating "sign-in failed", but I am still sending and receiving emails.

Bluemail keeps freezing (not responding). Installed on ARCO (ARCH) Linux using snapd.

The calendar doesn't save events... Is there some magic trick I'm missing?

My blue mail keeps losing contacts. I may start an email and it will see the contact when I start typing then it goes away. Then I can go into the contacts and search for that contact in the list of hundreds of contacts and it will not show up. It is really there because on my PC in Outlook, it is still there. This is a deal breaker. I use a Chromebook as a backup tablet and needed a reliable mail app instead of having to wait on the slow Outlook online. Is there a fix this issue?

I recently changed my password on my Yahoo account. The Bluemail re-authentication on my phone did not work. As per Bluemail "help" advice I then deleted my Bluemail account and tried to open a new Blemail account. Now the Bluemail app doesn't run at all!!!!

Now, when I try to email myself links, the drop down email function does not work. It makes me type my whole email out. It recognizes the 1st few letters and offers the drop down, but I cannot click it/it's not active. This just started recently. I tried removing and reinstalling, but no luck. Thank you, John

When I delete emails,they reappear a few seconds after I’ve deleted them.

Phone app keeps asking to re-auntheticate and doesnt recognize email pwd. I deleted acct, set it up on pc version application worked but when I add pwd again on phone app comes back a screen network didnt work.

For several weeks (possibly related to a recent Google upgrade to Android ver 13.0), I find, especially when typing email replies in BlueMail that my ability to thumb-type text slows terribly (like 10 seconds between typing a character and its appearance) and then freezes entirely. This forces me to close BlueMail, reopen it, access my email in draft, and resume typing another 15-20 characters before it freezes again. This is true for multiple accounts (Verizon, gmail, Spectrum) in BlueMail and is not occurring in Maildroid or Outlook. If not fixed, I will be forced to abandon my favorite email app. A shame.

All incoming Messages load incredibly slowly.

Bluemail works fine while initially typing a message and then freezes but not completely. If I keep typing it will eventually display what I typed but at times will take nearly a minute to process. Extremely frustrated, looking for an alternative now. Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra 5G Model SM-G998U All updates are installed to date as of this writing.

Search will not work

Blue Mail will not update. Everytime I start my computer I get a message that an update is available. The update will download but will not install. I am getting tired of seeing the update window and having to click to close is everytime I start my computer and when I open Blue Mail. Is there a way to make this make this update install or do I need to change to another mail program? I am running Windows 8.1 on my pc laptop.

I’m using an iPhone XS Max for BlueMail. Unfortunately, despite reading all of the online help, I’m not getting any notifications. I have to open the app and refresh to see new emails. Any suggestions?

Blank White Screen. Even when I go to MS store, the download I tried has a blank white screen. What the hell is going on????? I NEED MY EMAIL PROGRAM WORKING!!!!

Hi My BlueMail app on my iPhone 13 has suddenly stopped working properly. Not updating - up to 3 day lag; Doesn’t refresh; Can’t send items to trash; Attempts to open an email only show a blank screen.

Trying to set up BlueMail on a second device. Whatever I enter in Select Your Main Username I get a response of Username is Not Available. How to fix & get a sync number? Thx!

The font for the attach-file dialog box is not working, so only little boxes for each character are displayed.

My Bluemail on my Laptop keeps going to a blank white screen. I then need to close the app via "Close Window" on my Taskbar and then restart the app.

The app just stops getting emails and won't send messages. I refresh, restart the app, restart my phone, go from WiFi to data and nothing changes. It is stuck. I have to check my emails online.

I’m having same problem as Rick (July 7, 2022). Tapping Bluemail icon takes me to blank white screen. Deleted and reinstalled with the 3 accounts I normally run. It worked fine on initial reinstall but after I exited the app and went back later, blank white screen again. Have used Bluemail happily for probably at least 10 years on Android. Just became a new iOS user, it worked fine for a week, then went South. Hope this can be remedied as Bluemail is SO much better than the Apple native email app especially for group deletions or even just single deletions.

Blue Mail is crashing continually on my iPad. Mail doesn’t open, I wait for ages and then up comes the same message “Apologies, Blue Mail is about to close.” and it does - and then I try again and the same thing happens. Now you have told me to Calm Down because I am making too many attempts at posting this comment. It’s the first time I have tried to post it and I was perfectly calm until you started annoying me.
