I use the app every day, and today all day the songs won’t load…

All my music on my playlist it nearly a year to create was instantly gone when I tried to swipe up and instead it got swiped away...that can’t be true ...why isn’t there at the very least a “are you sure”prompt or something...feeling very frustrated...please help...is there any way I can retrieve that music...I can’t even remember what all was there....please...please...desperate

How to fix iPlay Tube app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the iPlay Tube app on iPhone
Update iPlay Tube app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall iPlay Tube iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix iPlay Tube on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve iPlay Tube network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

iPlay Tube Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix iPlay Tube not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the iPlay Tube App
1. On android, goto Settings » iPlay Tube » click [Force Stop]

Update iPlay Tube to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear iPlay Tube App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » iPlay Tube » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart iPlay Tube.

Fix iPlay Tube unable to contact server/ iPlay Tube internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click iPlay Tube » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto iPlay Tube » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch iPlay Tube
