hello, just recently, the printer stopped working. I mean, the papers still comes out but it would be left blank and I don't know how to fix it.. it worked earlier but after taking out the paper in the compartment, I can't seem to print any images. does anyone know how to solve that? thank you!!
How to update the image catalog? New images will appear only after the Android phone is restarted.

Hello, I bought the Fun Printer a few months ago to print addresses in Chinese and used it a couple of times without problems. But now that I have a whole bunch of them to print urgently, suddenly it hasn't been working at all since yesterday. I have the app in Dutch and normally I go to "tekst scannen" and take a photo of the address. I cropp and adjust it and then can print it without problems. But now where that large red cross + icon is, it keeps saying "afwezigheid". It's just not taking it... even after trying over and over again. Instead of taking a picture directly, I took a pciture I made from the address from my galery. Same thing. It sometimes shows the image at first, but then again: "afwezigheid". I reinstalled the app, turned the printer off and on a million times, restarted my phone... and nothing seems to change. A few times it did show the picture and got to "print" but then it said "parameterfout" and some text in Chinese that I don't know how to translate. I printed something from the category "label" and that worked fine. But I just can't seem to print any text/input of my own, it's just not taking it. I can't add any screenshots here? I also don't get access o the Fun Print website, get "Sorry! The page you’re looking for can’t be found." Please help me out urgently. Thank you!

The application offers me to print a document and offers me a list of extensions, but in reality there is no document available, as if the application does not have permission to access the internal archive. but all permissions are granted. How can I solve my problem?
Hi, I purvhased a portable mimi printer today, and i not able to print anithing but the pre installed stuff. - whats wrong? It ask my for permisson to read and write my sd card. I give the app all permission... but stil dont work. Why, and how to solve this problem... it do all the printer quite useless, because i can't print my own stuff with it... It 🏆 let me download the app at all. I tried scanning the QR code and just going to my app store but it's not even showing up ad an option in the app store only in my Google search.
Спустя месяц печати, я решила его взять снова в пользование. Все включила, подключила по блютуз, дала печать. Не печатает, а то есть выдает бумагу, но без заданного рисунка, почему? Заряд есть, разве тем что он месяц не работал, мог разучиться печатать?
