I have a problem with Backline+

- Alerts don't work well and eventually go through standard text alerts, making them indistinguishable from personal text messages.

- Calendar viewing leaves much to be desired, especially in the iOS version where you can only look one day into the future.

- Sometimes alerts don't go through when automatically logged out.

- Making a phone call uses data through the app instead of minutes with a masked phone number.

- The app is only beneficial because of HIPAA compliance.

- Some users find the app awful, terrible for patient care, not intuitive to use, slow to load, and full of bugs.

To resolve Backline+ network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Force Stop the Backline+ App
1. On android, goto Settings » Backline+ » click [Force Stop]

Clear Backline+ App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Backline+ » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Backline+.

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Backline+ » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Backline+ » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Backline+
