How to fix Fizzer app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Fizzer app on iPhone
Update Fizzer app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Fizzer iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Fizzer on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Fizzer network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Fizzer Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Fizzer not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Fizzer App
1. On android, goto Settings » Fizzer » click [Force Stop]

Update Fizzer to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Fizzer App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Fizzer » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Fizzer.

Fix Fizzer unable to contact server/ Fizzer internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Fizzer » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Fizzer » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
