- Limited rewind & fast forward options

- Non Apple Watch users unable to use the fitness app

- No nutritional guidance & nutritionist to follow

- iPad, network servers, or the app freezes and takes while to reload

- Shorter classes available, but no longer classes

- Apple Watch has a sync issue every other time I use it

- Can’t use it on a shared iPad easily

- App won’t open most of the time on iPhone 11 max pro and barely works on Apple Watch series 5

Common Apple Fitness Problems & Solutions. Troubleshooting Guide

To resolve Apple Fitness network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Force Stop the Apple Fitness App
1. On android, goto Settings » Apple Fitness » click [Force Stop]

Clear Apple Fitness App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Apple Fitness » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Apple Fitness.

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Apple Fitness » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Apple Fitness » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Apple Fitness
