My recovery record kept saying offline randomly and even after it was online and I did logs, the logs wouldn’t sync. Said there was trouble connecting to the server. I tried to resync and four hours later it was still trying so I left app and came back in and now all my logs, data, and messages have disappeared.

How to fix Recovery Record app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Recovery Record app on iPhone
Update Recovery Record app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Recovery Record iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Recovery Record on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Recovery Record network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Recovery Record Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Recovery Record not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Recovery Record App
1. On android, goto Settings » Recovery Record » click [Force Stop]

Update Recovery Record to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Recovery Record App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Recovery Record » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Recovery Record.

Fix Recovery Record unable to contact server/ Recovery Record internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Recovery Record » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Recovery Record » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
