The app wasn’t loading my virtual appointments so I couldn’t access the link. I tried logging out, but now it won’t log back in and just gets frozen with a blank screen. Why am I paying for a broken service?

How to fix SimplePractice app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the SimplePractice app on iPhone
Update SimplePractice app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall SimplePractice iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix SimplePractice on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve SimplePractice network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

SimplePractice Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix SimplePractice not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the SimplePractice App
1. On android, goto Settings » SimplePractice » click [Force Stop]

Update SimplePractice to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear SimplePractice App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » SimplePractice » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart SimplePractice.

Fix SimplePractice unable to contact server/ SimplePractice internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click SimplePractice » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto SimplePractice » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch SimplePractice
